This series started as a way to get me comfortable illustrating different skin tones & to build up palettes for all the characters. But I’m finding myself really digging doing the quick portrait sketches.

This is one of the e-mails near the end of Mass Effect: Andromeda, accompanied by e-mails from other Dragon Age favorites. For the most part, they’re just cute Easter eggs. But recall that even if you fight Calpernia at the end of Inquisition, she jumps down a crevasse to her “death”; there is no endgame where we see her dead body.
So THIS sounds like BioWare Word of God lampshading “no body, no death”: Calpernia will be back for Dragon Age 4: Tevinter. AND I CAN’T WAIT.
Ok but like this is suppose to be all ominous and scary but the way Calpernia is egging Corypheus on just makes me laugh and its kind of adorable. Maybe not for the elf guy..
