Breakfast +Lunch + Dinner = #mealplanapproved #beachbody and I met my daily water goal! this girl is on ! Not only did my #shakeology give me the energy to start my day but my #mealprep set me up for a day of success! I got my #22minutehardcorps #cardio2 and #core1 finished but I also got in 19 minutes of yoga with my @asanarebel app and 30 minutes of dancing with @thefitnessmarshall it feels so good to get back to dance (at Julie’s Home Gym)
