Back arched, heart exposed and vulnerable… It would take so little pressure to penetrate my diaphragm below my ribs. Instead of seeing those spiky beats as I hold my breath, you could see them truly panic and lose rhythm as you wrap strong fingers directly around my pulsing heart.
My heart was unusually thumpy and visible last night.
A little doppler heart tour + EKG for those who enjoy hearing the blood flow through the heart. I love seeing those spikey beats while listening to my heart pumping….The doppler sound is almost like you have your ear directly on the throbbing muscle, while every beat is recorded on the monitor for later review.
By the way, doctor, as long as you have such full access to my heart, why not give it a bit of a stress test? A needle in the left ventricle, or a bit of a shock… maybe you even want to give it a little bite to see how it reacts. My heart is yours to play with.
My heart was already beating fast and hard, so of course I wanted to torture it with pressure as well. It struggled under the weight and tried to quit a couple of times, but didn’t quite manage to stop.
