#TBT to Sunday when I was hardcore missing the #ConLife and decided to wear my #CaptainMarvel top and do my makeup for a video chat with friends. It was also like 80+ degrees in my apartment and this top is a lot cooler than a t-shirt so it was way more comfortable to hang out in, so really it was a very practical decision! (okay, I looked a tiny bit overdressed for a writer-friends video chat, but whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

Did I mention that I like to get into character (at least a little) with accessories and makeup for D&D? In this case I was playing a Protector Aasimar Druid named Midori Mako. She likes helping people! Also had to pull out the little Tree Star hair pins (simply used as pin-like accessories) for this adventure that I knew would lead to dinosaurs! Nail wraps (that I forgot to show off that day) are “This Land” from @espionagebeauty. Eyeshadow is the Espionage Cosmetics x Shiro Cosmetics team up palette with a bit of “Double Kill” (old everything shadow from Espionage) for liner. Did I also make a flower crown/halo the night before the game just because? Yes, yes I did. Oh, and you can’t see it, but I’m also wearing my “What doesn’t kill you gives you XP” shirt by @unicornempire

The two pics with dinosaurs (instead of cookies) in them are pulled from my friend, and fellow player, Rusty’s FB page since I somehow failed to take any pics with dinosaurs. Note: the triceratops in the bottom right photo is actually my character in her Wild Shape. I was role-playing a Saber tooth Tiger, but since we didn’t have a mini for that, I got to be represented on the map as a Triceratops! ☺

I realized I never posted this! This fabric had been intended for Sunshine Peach. However, I was about ¾ yard too short for the main skirt. This had been the bolt in NYC, and after a week of procrastination, I went - fuck it. So I used the fabric instead to make a new summer dress that was Peach inspired.
