#Everyyear my #framily @leoluce911 @vickig210 and Mama Luce celebrate #ChristmasinJanuary and it is the best because it’s past the hustle and bustle of the holidays but filled with the true #spiritofChristmas! It is crazy I fell asleep only to wake up 20 minutes ago coughing for 20 minutes straight and I have a fever of 101. The fever is literally because I sat in my #Wheelchair and visited with my friends for the day into the evening. I can’t wait until I feel really good, to do things because I never know when that’s going to be and even if I do feel good for the day, if I exert myself at all, I get a fever the next day that’s just part of #leukemia. That’s why, sometimes you just have to choose to push yourself because it’s better to make the #memories and feel bad the next day then to not have the memories and possibly feel bad anyway, no matter what rest of tonight or tomorrow or the next day holds nothing can take away the magic and memories that was shared January 16, 2019! I feel the same way about actual Christmas 2018. Yes, I ended up in the #hospital yes I ended up in #ICU but I don’t care because #Christmas2018 was one of the best Christmases I ever experienced and nothing can take that away not #cancer not #cerebralpalsy not #pneumonia! #nevergiveup #cancerwarrior #spiritualjourney #psychicinyourpocket https://www.instagram.com/p/BsumV27hlu5/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=jq301itjvewy
I love classic old movies and The art form that is old-school magic trickery. I would love to go back to that time in film and not rely on CGI so heavily.
So I was excited to incorporate some of this in a film to show our powers. Go behind the scenes to see how we did the napkin trick! And a hilarious bloopers staring @daniellehmusic
If you haven’t seen our movie yet link is in the bio or if you want to see again for this cool magic just click away.
Add always seeing my friends do the disability from the challenge. And as I learned more about it was definitely some thing I wanted to do some day.
I remembered it was coming up when I saw a post looking for actors in New York.
I turned and looked at @theweslawson And said do you wanna do this with me. It’s helpful to date someone who’s working film to help you enter a film challenge. He was down and ready to go.
I then went and messaged my friends. We started chatting about ideas and counting down the days till win the challenge with start.
I’m thankful for these creative team who was so wonderful to work with and I hope we continue to.
Tune in to find out tomorrow what kind of movie we made: Will there be action? Will there be Romance? Will there be laughs? You’ll just have to find out tomorrow.

“Did you see number 62? Did you see him? He’s the epitome of no excuses,” Heather Trompke says her 16-year-old son asked. “He told me, ‘I want to go shake his hand then he went over to him and he just told Devon, ‘You inspire me. I wanted to come meet you and shake your hand’.” Devon Berry, a senior at Hampton High School, is a stellar athlete, playing football, basketball and wrestling, He is a great student, and has a relationship with his faith that inspires others. He has cerebral palsy, but that doesn’t hold him back. He’s the real deal.
This is Devon’s story. He just wants his message to be shared that with the help of positive thinking and action, anything is possible.”
“It’s an honor, man,” Berry said. “People with my disability—it’s me being a testimony for God and being a leader for people who don’t have the chance to do what I’m doing. I’m doing something that you don’t usually see.”
“There isn’t anything I don’t think I can do,” Devon says. “ I brings that attitude out here every day.”
