We’re tired of the excuses and we’re taking a stand! We will no longer accept shootings by children as tragic "accidents."

We can do better. We MUST do better.

I found this interesting but couldn’t find a non-transphobe to reblog from.

One thing that upsets me a similar amount to baby clothes with “I like older chicks” and “stay away boys” on it is the fact that young girls’ clothing has a history of being tighter, shorter and all around hard to move around in.

It drives me insane that young girls are forced to prioritize “it looks cute” over actually comfortable clothes that they can play in because their parents “refuse to dress her like a boy”. Or the fact that if a piece of clothing is marketed towards girls its tighter and more stylistically adult. It’s weird and I dont like it.

HP Liao and Amy Tam-Liao lost their 3-year-old daughter when she was fatally struck by a car while crossing the street with her grandmother. Ever since, they have been tirelessly pushing to change street safety laws in New York City.
