Amazes me how some DC fans, especially those of Nightwing/Dick Grayson don’t realize there’s already been 7 actors who’ve played a version of him in live-action projects. LOL I was replying to a fan on Twitter as they were talking about the Dylan O’Brien leaks that he’s been cast as the main DCEU’s version. The first actors to play Dick Grayson was in the 1940s serials with both Douglas Croft and Johnny Duncan. Then Burt Ward in the 1960s “Batman” show. Then Chris O’Donnell in both “Batman Forever” and “Batman and Robin”. I count Joseph Gordon Levitt in “The Dark Knight Rises” as his character Robin John Blake was partly based off Dick including having the same middle name John. Then Brenton Thwaites currently plays him on “Titans”. The CW’s new show “Gotham Knights” is also doing a mash up character with Turner Hayes played by Oscar Morgan. Then the main DCEU’s will be the 8th actor (still hearing it’s Dylan and hopefully we’ll have confirmation soon either at Fandome or when the “Batgirl” movie is out, also there might be a younger teen actor in flashbacks too) and the 9th will be in Matt Reeves’ movies. It’s not as many as the Batman actors but it’s getting close.
