I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I’m on a bit of a “Lestat x Louis shared pain” kick lately, hence this scene from “Interview with the Vampire.”

In the book, Lestat is nearby, but not standing next to Louis with his hand on his shoulder–this is something I added to emphasize their shared loss. 

I promise my next post will be more upbeat, although I could accomplish that by posting pretty much anything other than this.

Sometimes in daydreams, Louis dances with his Claudia again. 

My favorite comic re-draw so far. The art in the comic surrounding the circumstances of Claudia’s creation is so perfectly creepy, especially this panel.
