Coconut Cacao Honey Banana Matcha Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 50ml coconut milk
- Cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method:
- Peel and cut the bananas into chunks.
- Freeze in a bag for a few hours.
- Put the banana chunks, matcha powder, nibs, honey and coconut milk into a blender and puree.
- Serve immediately.
Can be saved and refrozen (blend before using though as it may set solid) and served with almond flakes.
Use maple syrup for a vegan alternative.
