#collaboration

I’m throwing something quite weird out there, but
for the insect enamel pin series, one artist who inspired me was Katarinana Vane, who does these tiny sculptures made out of bones and insect parts
for this next pin set, we’ve decided to collaborate! they sent me a stack of photos of various ‘insect species’, and I chose:
the Unicorn
the Changeling
and the Fairy
to be join the Cicada and the Black Witch Moth in the entomology pin series! if enough folk are interested in these, I could even make them 3D so that all the bones stick out, like this dinosaur saint series:
so let me know what you think!
A very exciting collaboration in progress!
I just added the original creature sculptures to my Etsy along with a few other new ones as well! Check the mini monsters shop section for the originals, and let @pangur-and-grim know if you’d like pins of these!

The green revolution is influencing sustainable corporate collaborations. Corporations are responsible for the largest sum of atmospheric and surface-level pollution. They can help regions meet carbon neutrality goals by establishing emission reduction strategies.
Business owners may also decrease resource exploitation to meet eco-consumers’ demands. Adopting sustainability features can help…
Could there be any better news on a Tuesday morning than finding out that Versace is doing a line for H&M?! Our only confusion lies in the fact that in 2008 Donatella Versace said that she respects designers who do these lines but didn’t want to do one herself “because I work very hard to put the Versace line in the luxury section. I think to put the Versace line in H&M would confuse the brand.” As of this week, her tune changed slightly and the designer remarked, “I am thrilled to be collaborating with H&M and to have the opportunity of reaching their wide audience. The collection will be quintessential Versace, perfect for H&M and Versace fans everywhere.”
The H&M “Iconic Collection”, featuring Versace archive pieces repurposed for H&M, will be available on two dates: November 17 including men’s, women’s, and homewear, and then a prespring collection on January 19. The November 17th collection will be available in stores, while the January 19th launch will be online.

Ever since she sang in their Holiday film, Kate Bosworth has been high on Topshop’s radar. In the past four months she has been to numerous store openings and runway shows for the massive British retailer. Rumours began circulating several weeks ago that there may be a collaboration in the works, but Kate hinted towards something a little different while at Coachella this past weekend. While sporting a matching tank and micro short combo, Kate told style.com that she had in fact helped Topshop design the set for their not-yet-released Festival Collection.
Not only is there a festival collection in the works for the multinational retailer, but a ‘multi-media evolution’ Festival Project. How exciting is that? Festival season always makes everyone happy, so it only seemed fitting that in the past couple of years companies have been coming out with festival collections. But, a whole project? THIS is going to be good. Especially if music-fan Kate Bosworth is helping out.
Kate has been to her fair share of music festivals [she has said she lost count of how many times she has been to Coachella], and knows it’s all about practicality and comfortable footwear. This should mean promising things for us! She says that while they were designing the Topshop Festival Collection they “thought a lot about the California girl”, so I can only imagine some of the tricks that they have up their sleeve.
Can’t wait to find out! Xo
