Unsatisfied with how my last Commission post was laid out, so redoing it. This time with 100% less giant intimidating rules in the description, and 100% more [Links to Separate Posts for said Rules.]
Hey folks, decided finally to revise my Commission ToS and make its own post to try and make the actual Prices post a bit less imposing– which btw, the new prices post can be found [here]
There will be no bartering for a lower price. If you wish to pay less, you’re welcome to request a lower tier of art- BEFORE I begin drawing. i.e. taking a Colored Sketch instead of a Fully Colored Piece. Otherwise, none doing.
I reserve the right to turn down a commission based on rude/discomforting behavior from the client.
If such behavior is displayed during the drawing process, I will make an effort to refund you and cancel the commission if I deem it necessary.
I will not tolerate any use of my service as a means to bully/harass/spread hate. You WILL be Blacklisted based on Ill Intent.
You’re more than welcome to commission something as a gift. However, you must be 100% certain that the recipient of the gift is alright with having their character(s) drawn and posted. (i.e. if said character is a story spoiler)
I will not be held accountable if it the gift recipient did not want their character drawn/revealed.
If the Recipient wishes for the piece to be taken down, I will do so without needing the Client’s permission.
If you and/or a second party wish to remain Anonymous, please let me know up front.
Fees and Refunds
I may charge Extra Fees (usually anywhere from $5-$15) for any number of reasons:
A character has a complex/highly detailed design.
I’m asked to draw a complicated character design and I am not given any references; Weapons, Clothing, the Character itself, etc.
I am asked to create a totally new design.
The Project requires a lot of time, detail, and attention.
I am given sudden additions to the design/commission that weren’t part of the initial request, or it forces me to make many large revisions.
Additional Figure fees are still regarded in light of new fees.
Example: $35 Clean/Colored/Lined + $35 for a second figure + maybe $10 for one of the figures be very detailed = $80 total.
Free Alterations:
Small, quick edits.
Any errors in the design I may have overlooked.
Alterations that may warrant an extra fee:
Changes across multiple layers.
Color/Style changes.
Clothing changes.
Size/Resolution changes.
I am fairly lenient as far as Refunding goes;
If possible, I’d prefer refund requests to be very early into the creation process, say if you changed your mind, or if you wanted to downgrade to a lower “tier”; i.e. going from a Lined Piece to a Sketch.
In the event that personal complications force me to abandon a commission (which I will try to avoid) I will refund you no matter what.
Reposting and Copyright
The client is allowed to repost the work to any website(s) of their choosing, ONLY if I am given full credit.
You may NOT remove my signature, trace the picture, or otherwise edit it in any way that you may try to pass it off as your own work.
If the Commission was a Gift for a second party (see above in Basic Rules) it is only by their consent that the piece be reposted to any sites.
Heya, shaking the cobwebs out of this account to open up Commissions for this Year. If you’ve commissioned me in the past (all two of you) you might recognize the prices have increased a bit since last year–due to the updated policy on the 1099-K Tax and other expenses I’ve had to take recently I unfortunately had to double my previous prices. I appreciate the consideration to buy from me regardless.

- Payment is done after the approval of the initial sketch.
- No refunds once you have confirmed the commission is to your liking.
- I retain the right to modify commissioned work for promotional purposes.
- Commissioned work may be reposted by the client so long as proper credit is given.
- Lastly, I work somewhat slow due to life and commissions may take a back seat at times but I am more than willing to give updates when asked.

Will NOT draw:
- Anthro
- Mecha
- Gore
I reserve the right to refuse a commission I am not comfortable with.
I am hoping to open around 3 slots for now, though I may take more if interest is high and/or you are comfortable with being on a wait list. I plan to start working on them tomorrow I’m posting today to get a general feel for interest.

The prices shown in the image on the left are for less detailed drawings. Each additional person in the picture is +50% of the listed price. On the right the price is given for more detailed drawings.

It’s finally happening folks! I’m opening up commissions! A couple details I would like to add to this promotion is that I’m basing these prices on one to two characters per illustration. These prices are NOT a flat rate and additional charges do apply based on how many characters you want me to drawandhow complicated the piece will get. I only accept payments through paypal after giving you my e-mail which will be sent over by private message. Payments must include coverage for both the commission and the transaction fee. I will only accept payment upfront and not at the end of the process. I hope to be hearing from you soon with whatever filthy request you can come up with! ;)
