When Post-Brotherhood Ed and Al accidentally go through Truth’s door again by mistake, they find themselves in the Post-2003/CoS verse. They meet this world’s versions of some of the friends they’ve made, including Winry, who mistakes them for her Ed and Al and tearfully greets them with a bone crushing hug. They spend two long months trying to recreate the incident that brought them here in order to get home until finally they succeed.

After a nasty fight in Germany, Edward and Al part ways, with Edward changing his name once he reached America. The two would not meet again until years later on the battlefields of World War II. Edward, under the name Ronald Spiers with the American Paratroopers, still has no idea he killed his little brother with a group of unarmed German POW’s at Normandy.

I just learned that Conqueror of Shamballa’s original script had enough material for at least a 13 episode series, but the budget went into animating Brotherhood. which. Don’t get me wrong, I think that was the right decision but….
I’M STILL SO SAD THERE WAS MOST LIKELY MORE MATERIAL OF HEIDERICH’S BACKSTORY AND HEIED
