Hey Kiddo’s (please read)
It’s been a while, I’ve been off this blog for a while. It seems that I’ve lost motivation to write anything because I’m one, a hot mess and two, never ‘in the mood’ to really write anything?? And it also seems like this trend has kinda… died? Thank you to those who are here and who haven’t left me in this span of time, I appreciate it. I’m sorry I left with no warning and I’m sorry that I’m a raging mess of a writer and a mess of a human being. I’m still going to be writing (obviously that’s why I made this blog) and I’ll still answer your asks. I’ll add more to the list when I’m done blabbing.
I’ve got extra busy at the beginning of the year and my interests fluctuated between this blog and other blogs that I have. Now that it’s the summer of my senior year, I’m going to be even busy in the next few months. I’ve got a job, I’m tired and sad frequently and I’m trying to get my shit together in all honesty. Thank you for being here with me and not yelling at me for falling off the face of the earth. Now to the list of people I’ll take requests for:

VanCAF, the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival, is May 19 & 20, 2018 at the Roundhouse in Vancouver British Columbia, on the west coast of Canada. Attendance is free, and open to everyone.

Not even your Bat Event Repellent can keep this rockin’ list of events and panels from your weekend! Our panel room is chock full of amazing and informative content spanning subjects from Craig Thompson’s upcoming epic (in the literal sense of the word) graphic novel “Habibi” to the epidemiology of a Zombie outbreak! Our Vendor Hall is full of some of your favorites, like Dark Horse and Things from Another World, and some incredible smaller vendors with games, toys, and comics for you to peruse through. The gaming room is over flowing with Fluxx, Magic, Munchkin, and Legos! Our main events are revving their engines, ready to deliver awesome contests and content!
If you can’t tell, we’re super stoked and we can’t hardly wait for the show to start! See you in 16 days!
We are finally updating our guests page. We are thrilled that Craig Thompson,Kurt HalseyandTim Seeley whom all hail from Wisconsin originally will be featured guests at Wonder NW! Tim is well known for his work on HACK/slashandG.I. Joe comics, Craig is renowned for his graphic novel Blankets,and the artwork of Kurt can be seen in galleries and tattooed on hipsters everywhere.
Our show schedule is being hammered out as you read this. We have some great activities, events, and contests lined up! Right now, we are just trying to figure out how to schedule so much great stuff into 2 action packed days!
