I want to write an essay about the little that I know about Owen Lars, aka Luke’s father, but for now I’m just so glad because he and Beru did evrything in their power to give Luke a happy and normal childhood, which is what’s made Luke the sweetheart we know him to be. Just seeing ten year old Luke, ďoing exactly what a ten year old should be doing and seeing Owen in a face off against an Inquisitor, when he cannot even compare to her powers, only reconfirms that the two did everything in their power to keep him safe, which I hope offered Obi-Wan some comfort.

y’all have it all wrong. the moral of amphibia, the overall message, is not “if you love something, you have to let it go.” the case is seemingly quite the opposite, too - it can be argued that sasha, anne and marcy’s “friendship” from the start was really codependent and that they didn’t accept each other in the same way once they showed their true colors and things went back to normal, where they recognized the world outside of their little group.

the moral isn’t even about growing up. though it takes place within the coming-of-age story of anne, the simple fact that it takes place in this time of a child’s life simply puts emphasis on the themes discussed. anne “grows” mentally and emotionally, but the whole coming-of-age thing is only discussed through 3a.

and i know its hard, because we have a largely neurodivergent social media fanbase who dread the idea of growing up, and honestly, as someone who struggles with interests and separating fiction from reality, letting go of the past, and being forced into the adult world when you’re not quite ready, i get it. but it’s not telling you to “grow up.” it’s not even saying that you’ll eventually have to leave everything you love in favor of the new, scary things.

it’s about sprig plantar, whose adventures as a boy cause him to make a difference in his own town and discover his own world, inspired by his big sister to continue the adventures in her name.

it’s about general yunan, scourge of the sand wars, defeater of- well, you get it, and lady olivia, two very solitary salamanders, who are able to recognize… well, each other, thanks to the human girl which they worked together to save, the one who helped save their world… and how the two of them, thanks to her, are able to settle down in a farmtown and share a life together.

it’s about andrias leviathan, who learns to love, yet still exiles himself because of what he’s done and is able to face the consequences of the suffering he’s caused.

it’s about captain grime, who learns to respect himself and the people around him because of some girl who showed him the meaning of friendship, who he nearly sacrificed his life for.

it’s about sasha waybright, who grows to become a child psychologist, being there for other people the way no one was there for her.

it’s about marcy wu, whose journey of a lifetime inspires her to be an artist who creates the sort of things she once enjoyed.

and it’s about anne boonchuy, who takes amphibia with her in every possible way.

above all, amphibia is about how nothing you love ever truly leaves you behind. why? because you’ll always have those experiences. no matter what, they’ll always find their way back to you. they change you, inspire you, and because of that, saying goodbye is never truly a goodbye.

The 7th single “Boku ga Motteru Mono Nara” live, both day and night performances, have ended. To those who came down to watch, or watched the stream, thank you very much!!

I was thinking back about a lot of things during the live and when the songs were played.

The group’s formation, performing in front of people for the first time, meeting Sato Reika-chan, the amount of time I spent with the members, and the fans, who gave me kind words, supported me, and loved us all this time.

As I’ve said during the live, 22/7 is where I was given courage, and the push to continue chasing my dreams. 22/7 was really an important place for me to belong in.

Moving forward, leaving the place and going in a new environment gives me a lot of feelings of anxiousness and wanting to rush into things, but…

I want to get to know myself better. I want to find out more and more about what I can do. Finally, I want to set a higher goal for myself.

I’m happy to feel that way.

I’m sure that from now on, there will be a lot of hurdles, but if I think about the time I’ve spent in 22/7, I think I’ll be able to overcome them.

To 22/7 members, all the fans, the many people who have supported me all this while, I’m saying with all my heart, I hope to meet all of you again! I will keep going towards my goal.

I talked a bit about this during the FC stream, but one of my future goals is to perform together with 22/7!! I mean it!!

Thank you very much for meeting Hokaze Chiharu. Thank you very much for cheering on me, and supporting me all this while. All of you will always be special to me.

I will do my best so that we can meet again somewhere.

hey guys don’t think about the the reason Alberto was cheering Luca on from the platform as Luca left was to cover/postpone himself crying because Alberto didn’t want Luca to see him cry and feel guilty because even though he’s proud of him he’s also torn inside because the boy he loves and adores is leaving and he has to watch him go
