There’s so much snow outside HELP

I hope yall are staying warm and cozy. I wanted to doodle the ✨chef✨ once more this week.

A.

For some random reason I wanted to draw again :)

I haven’t played the new Dangaronpa game for the switch but I plan on it. Here’s some doodles of the boi in the mean time. :3

Imagine:

Hajime Hinata with a Yandere AI S/O who can control the killing game

Trigger warning: Yandere themes (reader/you), forced relationships, manipulation (mentally, emotionally, literally), pain. Probably OOC (sorry). ❗❕SPOILERS❗❕

Note: this was inspired by @daisyfics headcanons on a reader similar to Monika. Please go read them, they’re very good! Also. . Idk about this one, I might rewrite it. I just felt inspired and went with it, but it’s probably super ooc for hajime.

  • You were a rogue AI, originally made to help the remnants of despair. But in the end, you only cared about haijme. . Or izuru, but you probably preferred the former.
  • You took control over everything that happened in the machine, overpowering monokuma’s own control. Instead of ending the killing game though, you allowed to continue.
  • Because, it helped get you what you wanted. And what you wanted was hajime’s affection, and love, and devotion.
  • Hajime only saw you as another classmate at first, but he slowly began to develop a small crush on you. How couldn’t he? You affected such a charming personality. He couldn’t help but fall for you, especially when you showed him affection (which, originally, he was a bit uncomfortable with).
  • Day by day, you progressively got more clingy and even demanding of his time and attention. He’d shut you down when you’d get like this, trying to reason with you and attempting to calm you down when it was obvious you were getting jealous and even occasionally hostile; it was getting ridiculous now.
  • So, you’d take your anger out on the other students. You’d never harm haijme though, probably not anyway.
  • You began to tweak and twist the personalities and mental states of all the ultimates on the island, making them dislike, avoid, and even react aggressively towards him. He didn’t know what was happening, why everyone suddenly hated him. Even chiaki and usami avoided him now, with pained and pitied looks on their faces.
  • And then, you’d swoop in, showering him with love and affection. You planted seeds in his mind, that he didn’t need anyone else; all he needed was you. You two together could take on the entire world. Just the two of you.
  • And those seeds sprouted magnificently. Haijme had no one to turn to, no one that would listen except you, and your sweet comforting words brought him so much love.
  • The only time people would listen was during trials, which had progressively became more frequent and violent. He hadn’t noticed how bad everyone had gotten, since you kept him on a tight leash.
  • And even during those trials, people would state their distaste towards them. He even asked why everyone hated him, and all they could reply with collectively was “I dunno, I just do”.
  • The one who seemed to not have any dislike towards him was chiaki, who–while not being able to speak or even interact with him directly–could tell him through letters. She warned him about you, telling him in a note that you were the reason why everyone was acting strange. Why she couldn’t talk to him. Why all the students suddenly couldn’t stand him.
  • At first, he didn’t believe it. But the more he thought about it, the more he began to get suspicious. You were so clingy, so suffocating even. And soon, he began to believe chiaki. Were you spreading rumours about him?? So you could isolate him? So you could have him only for yourself??
  • When he confronts you, asking if you were the one who made everyone dislike him, you’re puzzled. How did he know?
  • You tell him no, that you’d never do such a thing, which he doesn’t truly believe. Before he can refute, you ask him why he asked, and he replied dumbly by saying it was chiaki who told him.
  • And this would lead to an argument. You asking why he was with chiaki, him asking why you want to know and why she couldn’t talk to him becauseofyou.
  • He eventually stormed off, frustrated and angry at you. And you were left feeling the same, but now with a deadly thirst for digital blood.
  • Chiaki was found dead the next day, her body crushed under the weight of broken debris. Several monomi bots were alongside her, flatten into pancakes.
  • Hajime looked so confused, and disturbed, and distraught at the sight. And here you happened to be, trying to make him feel better. Trying to comfort him in his frozen state, likely running your hands down his arms or patting his shoulder saying ‘it was bound to happen’ in a neutral or possibly even jovial tone.
  • But hajime isn’t comforted. He’s actually scared now, because he thinks you did it. A deeper part of him knows you did it. And he accuses you of it, which. . While yes you did, doesn’t make his tone any less hurtful.
  • So, you tell him the truth about it. How you only did it because she was getting in the way of something she couldn’t understand! She was a threat, and had to be taken care of. You described everything, and it only made him feel sick and revolted at you.
  • He tells you you’re a monster, a murderer, and that he’s gonna tell everyone what you did. And those words sting, and they make you angry.
  • So you threatened him, telling him you’ll get rid of everyone if he doesn’t act like you wanted him too. He challenges this remark, and so you fight back.
  • You show him exactly what you mean by reanimating chiaki’s broken corpse, moving it and speaking through it like a puppet. He’s stunned at first, before he freaks out and flinches away when you move it closer to him.
  • You bring him to where everyone else is, and display just how much power you have over this world. You begin to bring everyone who died back, this time really alive and working. Everyone’s shocked, some are even happy. But that happiness is short-lived when you give in to the power.
  • You started to twist the world around you, and began to corrupt and brutally change everyone. You had them killed, brought back; executed, brought back, and so on. And hajime has to watch them killed in front of his eyes again, and again, and again.
  • You even punish him too by forcing him to remember who he really was, overloading his senses, and then going even further by killing and executing him as well.
  • He’s breaking down faster then you thought, begging you to stop. He’s crying, and in so much pain, but you just keep it going until you think he’s had enough. And that isn’t until hours in. Or at least what he thinks is hours.
  • When you’re done, everything’s gone black. Everyone’s gone. There’s only hajime in the fetal position, eyes stained with tears and exhaustion. He’s shivering, and even the faintest touch would induce pain to him in this moment.
  • And then you swoop in, gently caressing his skin. Even if his body appeared fine, the pain and cuts and bruises still felt like they were there. So when your touch only caused him to feel soothed and calm, he was confused. . And instinctively his body wriggled closer to you. Weakly
  • You whispered into his ear, shushing his silent sobs and flinching. You told him it was all ok, it was all alright. You were here, and that’s all he needed.
  • After that, hajime was careful.
  • You 'reset’ the program, bringing everybody and everything back to their original slates. Except for hajime. He’s forced to remember what you did to him. You make sure he remembers so he won’t step out of line.
  • Chiaki and monomi are gone. They were no longer needed. And knowing you erased them completely just adds another layer of despair and depression for him.
  • He hates you. He fears you, but what can he do? You have him and everyone else in your control.
  • Don’t bother thinking the future foundation will help either. Your control is so extreme, you’re able to work the machines now. And besides
  • Their bodies are long dead anyway.
  • They’ll never leave you. . He’ll never leave you.
  • If hajime tries to fight against your grip well. . You may just have to punish him again. And if that still doesn’t fix him, then. .
  • Maybe you’ll have to be much more direct with the problem, by picking apart and swapping around his code. After all, everything’s just 1s and 0s now.
  • He may come a little different, but he’s still your hajime. He’s just. . The version you want him to be.
  • And if that is the route you choose, then he’ll love you unconditionally.
  • And really, that’s all you want.

Hi. I’m not dead. My phone was just very, very broken, and I only just now got it fixed. Thank you for your patience! To reward you, here, have some Peko and a slightly beefy Fuyuhiko, because every short guy I know always looks like he’s compensating.

Hajime: *walks in* Hey guys-

Nagito: go away.

Chiaki: …

Nagito: hey you know how you have the tendency to make questionable life choices?
Hajime: it’s a little concerning that YOU’RE the one pointing that out but… yeah go on.
Nagito: *gets down on one knee and pulls out a ring* would you be willing to make one right now?

Chiaki:… Why is Nagito crying?

Hajime: He’s drunk.

Chiaki: so what?

Hajime: He saw a picture of my boyfriend.

Chiaki: …but he’s your boyfriend?

Hajime: I know.

Chiaki: I want to hear those three little words.

Akane: I love you?

Come one, come all to the gruesome, spectacular, dangerous, thrilling, romantic, and spine-tingling

Come one, come all to the gruesome, spectacular, dangerous, thrilling, romantic, and spine-tingling sensation of all television programs, Total Dangan Island!

All of this was made into reality thanks to the dealings, negotiations, and illegal transactions between this series’s Executive Producers and its predecessor’s (Total Drama) host, one who shall not be named.

The special youths that the World could offer will be hand selected to participate in this dangerous and vigorous game. The Top 16 will be placed into two teams where they complete Challenges and overcome obstacles in order to move on and cast out members one by one of the loser team. Once half of the Contestants are left, then it’ll just be a free for all until the last two stand and fight over the final prize of the game.

Though once a winner is selected, they will only receive half of the prize. The host would then offer the final wager that could give them the other half of the prize and the Mystery Bonus to add onto their winnings. The Mystery Bonus could be anything, no one really knew what it might be, not even the host. It’ll only be a simple question; get it right and then everything could be their’s, but get it wrong then the winner will go home empty-handed. The question only asks for a name of the “Traitor” that participated in the game. The “Traitor” is a Contestant sent by the Executive Producers to stir things up and make things interesting, wether or not it might be good or bad things. Matters involving the Traitor, Mystery Bonus, and half the prize are carefully explained to all of the Contestants at the beginning of the show. So being doubtful of one another, whether they might be teammates or enemies, friend or foe, is a crucial factor in winning it all.

Total Dangan Island Contestant No. 10: Chiaki NanamiShe’s sponsored by the MONO-SWITCH(Monomi

Total Dangan Island
Contestant No. 10: Chiaki Nanami

She’s sponsored by the MONO-SWITCH(Monomi Edi.) for the 10th Anniversary of a Notorious/Infamous game series XD

Bio: The most calm(/the most sleepy) in the group. She specializes in gaming and spending countless hours mastering every genre and gaming platform out there. So on a surface level, outsiders may view her as the weakest link and most useless since she provides very little labor and has the worst physical feats on her team, but that’s far from the truth. In actuality with her analytical abilities, due to her experience with strategy, survival, puzzle, and trivia games, she can utilize her team in formations and tactical procedures. With her effort and plans, she’s recognized by her teammates as the Vice Captain (though that’s not an official position) and helps provide input and corrections to plans made by the Team Captain, Hajime Hinata.

She’s normally seen to be calm and quiet, almost like she fades in the background, though mostly due to her being tired all the time from gaming for days without rest. With her tranquil nature, she’s very easy to talk to and provides helpful input for those who’re troubled or in need of help. Though she seems like a person with all the answers, she actually lacks common sense and not know the most basic functions in social norms (mostly due to her being glued to the screen most of her life). So whenever she feels that she lacks something, inadequate, or even just lonely, she heads towards her Captain for the answers. Though unbeknownst to him, she holds him in very high regards since he keeps everyone grounded and regularly supports them morally to do better. Though she provides most of the tactics and plans, she sees her Captain as an irreplaceable foundation that keeps everyone balanced and steady, including herself.

Goal: Though she says that the prize would be great for the latest consoles, new games, and better software; she actually had a different purpose for entering the Contest. She spent most of her life secluding herself perfecting the one thing she’s good at without talking or interacting with anyone, one day she realized how lonely and empty her life really was. So she decided to go out and experience what the world could offer her and meet people that could teach her new things that she never thought of before. But what made her particularly enter this dangerous game was because it reminded her of this old retro survival game, “Camp Island”, that her dad made back in the day and though that entering a RL version of it would be fun and relaxing, or at least that’s what she thought at the time.

Total Dangan Island Contestant No. 2: Nagito KomaedaBio: The most psychotic in the group. He general

Total Dangan Island
Contestant No. 2: Nagito Komaeda

Bio: The most psychotic in the group. He generally states that he can’t do anything particularly amazing and that things just happen to work out for him out of sheer luck, which is evident when given the numerous outcomes that constantly favors in his terms. Though in truth, along with his amazing luck, he possesses some very dangerous skills. He specializes in psychological manipulation and careful planning. All he needs to casually control and play others is through simple dialog and conversations, that way he can collect personal data from his target. It’s by analyzing their speech patterns and body movement that he can deduce what their likes and dislikes, anxieties, fears, motives, passions, dreams, and etc. Though he can identify how people tick and has patience to carefully calculated different variables into his plans, he is shown to have very little concern towards the potential scales of danger and harm that’s been in place of his plans, so long as it fulfills his goals he has no worries of the safety of others and especially himself.

He’s normally shown to be friendly, laidback, and cheerful, or that’s how he wants people to depict him. In truth he’s actually shown to be quite unhinged and deranged with a constant calm and yet disturbed smile on his face. He constantly spouts out these inspiring and hopeful speeches that are meant to encourage and empower everyone, yet there’s this utter sense of madness and insanity behind his words. He would also praise the others and say that he loves and cherishes all of them, but it’s shown that he only cares about what they can do and what they represent, he doesn’t really care about them as individuals.

Goal:The prize is nothing more than an after thought for him since he wins in every lottery and gamble he participates in, material possessions were nothing. He believes that natural born talent is a symbol of Hope, an ideal that those of humanity have transcended into perfection and are chosen ones to guide the lesser masses to overcome challenges. This ideal and notion about Hope came from when he was younger and read an autobiography about an author who had a poor upbringing that only discovered his incredible talents in his later years after overcoming so many diversities and obstacles. His goal is to find the “one” among such talents that are the best of the best on the island and raise them to newer heights, the “NEXT” Izuru Kamakura.

Screaming Usamis: Lead by Hajime Hinata

Killer Kumas: Lead by Nagito Komaeda

On the island, the 16 Contestants will be divided into two teams who will both have “Helpers”(the hosts) to represent both of them as mascots. These Helpers do not have any benefits or advantages to overcome the other team, except for providing “Hints”. Hints are riddles, subtle clues, or small instructions that will help the team solve and get through the Challenges quicker. Each team may only have 2 Hints for the entire show. Whenever during a Challenge, team captain can decide on whether or not they want to use a Hint, but there’s a “Penalty” when used. The Penalty is a setback that will cause the team to slowdown or hinder their progress through the Challenge.

Total Dangan Island Contestant No. 1.5: Izuru KamukuraHistory: He came from an unremarkable home wit

Total Dangan Island

Contestant No. 1.5: Izuru Kamukura

History: He came from an unremarkable home with unremarkable parents with a lifestyle that wasn’t either tragic or rewarding, therefore of course a child of this background would be nothing special. Early in his childhood the boy knew this, he knew what he could do and what other people saw him as, so he felt why bother striving for things higher if he was already expected to be average. Despite the boy’s content with his life, his parents were quite the opposite, they wanted more from him. This goes beyond just parents wanting their child to have a better future out of love, rather there was more of an underlying sense of greed and envy behind their motive.

Just like their son, they were unremarkable people that came from an ordinary background, but rather accepting who they were, they wanted more. Both of them despised losing, and others even more that were gifted that could achieve things that they couldn’t. They craved acknowledgement and valor more than anything that would make them stand out and could be used to exploit their superiority onto others. But they were not deluded from reality, they knew that they didn’t have the capabilities to be rewarded anything. So their next big plan was to have a child, by raising a special child that could accomplish their dreams and more, that would ultimately lead them achieving the biggest reward that any parent would want. In their minds, every parent wanted to have a child that was special or had a unique talent to them that could be used for their own benefits and almost as a desired object that most others could only ever dream of having. But their grand scheme was demolished as soon as their son was born which was just like them, unremarkable.

Years later, both parents refused to accept the truth and persistently forced the boy  to practice, study, and train until they discovered what he was talented at. This was all the boy knew in his home; his face in books, exercising with various weights, and most noticeable of all was the disappointed faces of his parents who consistently berated him with lectures and complaints about him and all his flaws. This routine became so consistent that the boy became numb to it all and just saw it as part of his everyday life.

The boy always questioned why his parents were so desperate and acted the way they did, but he held no resentment towards them or anyone else. Though that didn’t mean that he wanted to uphold what they wanted or held himself in higher regards either. However, that was until he discovered this autobiography by an author that soon became this boy’s idol.

In the book it talks about how the author came from an ordinary and mundane household who was consistently underestimated and belittled by others due to his status and upbringings, but later became someone that could accomplish so much that most men could only dream of. It went onto further details that through his determination, hard work, and wit he was able to pass and overcome all challenges and diversities that came his way, thus discovering that he had innate talents that excelled in many categories. Then finally, it states that in his final moments he wanted to build an institution for young talents and give them opportunities that he was never given when he was younger. After finishing the book, the boy became infatuated with the author and adopted principles that reflected the author’s values. He soon treated the autobiography as his bible and uses it at times to help remind him of the tales of his hero that he wishes to be…”Izuru Kamukaura”.

With a fire lit in him and motivation driven to be like his idol, the boy sat down and seriously studied and trained in order to be the best. With days, weeks, and months pass by, the boy’s effort was unwavering and continued onward without stopping. His parents took notice of his change and their demeanor lightened after taking credit for their son’s sudden growth and change in attitude.

After his nonstop assault with his hard work, he finally saw results and was placed first in every academic category in his grade. Once he saw that, he felt completely different and was overwhelmed with joy after all his hard work paid off, but those feelings were nothing compared to the ones he felt once his parents found out about his results.

Despite knowing them his entire life and seeing them everyday, on that day the boy saw his parents as complete strangers to him once they knew of his achievements. Their mannerism and demeanor changed, and they showered him with praise and love for the first time in that boy’s life. The feeling was unreal to him, it was a warmth inside the boy’s chest that he never felt before in his whole life. As he continued watching his parents continue to embrace him with big bright smiles on their faces, the boy cried tears of joy and let it run down his face like a waterfall. That marked the moment when the boy knew that he wanted to preserve this feeling and maintain his parent’s affections.

As time moved forward and the boy continued his pace, his results remained in the top with no change in its order. Soon not only his parents, but teachers, relatives, and even other parents started showering the boy with praise like, “You’re amazing”, “Other kids should be like you”, “I wish my kid was like you”, and “You’re a role model”. But the praises that the boy would hear often and would stick by him the longest were “You’re so talented” and “You’re such a genius”. Those words struck the boy’s mind and filled him with such pride and confidence since those were the exact same lines used by others to describe his hero. Also the boy’s parents would often brag about their child towards everyone and explained that the boy’s exploits were only possible due to their superior parenting methods. Obviously, arrogant bragging like this would cause strain with other parents and relatives, but they had no room to interject since what they said wasn’t entirely wrong. The boy had mixed feelings about what his parents were doing, but in the end he was still happy to see them so energetic and loving towards him.

Though his effort won him the affection of the adults, most of his young peers felt differently. It is because he tries so hard for results and the adults would often compare him to them, other children would feel irritated by his presence alone and start alienating him, even small acts of bullying would occur. But despite all that it didn’t affect the boy that much because he still had some friends left to play with, and his parents explained that those children were acting out due to how jealous they were since they weren’t “talented” or “special” like he was. The boy took all those words he received to heart and used them to help elevate his efforts in achieving his goal of becoming the next “Izuru Kamukura”.

But that wasn’t meant to be as the phrase “all good things must come to an end”, rang in the boy’s head once he entered middle school. As soon as the boy set foot in that new school, all his previous achievements and efforts were meaningless once the boy met with real “geniuses” and “talent”, the true elites. His grades and performance kept on falling and falling until he was placed in remedial classes to help him from flunking all his subjects. Just as the boy’s performance dropped, so did everyone’s expectations of him as well. From stares of admiration to glares of disappointment, more and more people started mocking the boy for his wasted effort and even more so towards the parents after years of them bragging of how superior they were for raising such a “talented” son. Once the mockery occurred, the boy’s parents reverted immediately back to the state when the boy was small and younger; cold, disappointed, and full of dismissive complaints. Shocked by the setback, the boy refused to give up and sacrificed any means to get back what he lost. The boy discarded his remaining friends, destroyed his social life, and got rid of any meaningless free-time, all in order to use those remaining times to better himself. Alas nothing changed, the boy’s effort was wasted and not a thing has improved.

Now the boy is back where he started…no, he was in a much worse state than he was before. It’s true that his parents and everyone else around are back to thinking very little of him, but now he was completely alone and he even thinks very little of himself now. After experiencing that warmth from his parents and others, and following the footsteps of someone he admired, the boy can’t help but to feel empty and hatred for himself for not being special or talented. He would start questioning his own worth and see very little value in his own existence. There were times when the boy even thought of ending it all, but he would stop every time when he got these sudden flashes of “Izuru Kamukura” and thought about all the hardships he went through before he could achieve anything. He thanked “Izuru” every time for saving him from himself and giving him the strength to keep it together, but there was this other thought in the back of his mind if it was really right to compare himself to someone like “Izuru Kamukura”. Though he did have to overcome many difficulties, in the end he was actually talented, whereas the boy was not and was just ordinary.

A few years have passed and the boy is now of high school age, he was just another face in the background that had no one by his side. Though the boy didn’t stand out or got in anyone’s way, disdain and mockery still lingered towards him as his old peers still retells the stories about him and his past. With not much to do, all the boy did was get through it all and head straight home. At the end of the day, to no surprise there was no one there, the boy just bolted to his room and got started with his homework. His mind constantly wandered off and dreaded memories of his past, thinking up scenarios of his life where he stood out as “talented” and how content he would be with his life.

One day when the boy was reliving his past, he stumbled upon an online ad that advertised recruitment tryouts for a spinoff show of the infamous series “Total Drama” called “Total Dangan Island”. At first the boy wasn’t interested in the show or the prize since he knew of the show’s predecessor and its dangerous reputation, but there was something that caught the boy’s interest. In the ad it stated that only the top 16 most talented and capable youths of the World would be selected to participate in the contest. At that moment the boy had a sudden flash of realization, if he were to enter and win then everyone in the World, and especially to himself, would have to acknowledge that he truly is talented and special enough in order to beat the best of the best.

Once he finished recording and sending his tape audition, he went on and explained his plan to his parents. Despite the resolve he had for entering the show before, in his mind he was still scared since this show’s predecessor is known to be life threatening and is willing to endanger its participants for ratings by any means. So a part of him was hoping his parents would stop him or warn him that it was too dangerous to go out of concern for him. However they were ecstatic and were ready to pack all his things up, even though he was yet to be even nominated. The chances of him being accepted was between nonexistent to miniscule, the boy begged all his might to be let in.

After months passed by, the boy noticed a strange black and white envelope in his mailbox and tore it open. Upon reading the letter, the boy jumped in celebration as it was a congratulation letter from the show for being a following contestant. After telling the news, the boy’s parents quickly got his things together and was at the door ready to send him off. The boy was overwhelmed with various emotions clashing with one another; from joy, excitement, nervousness, terror, etc., and right before he took another step forward out the door his parents stopped him to say some final words. In the boy’s mind he was hoping to hear the words “We’re so proud of you”, “We love you so much”, or even a “Stay safe”, but all he got was “Make sure you win and get the prize.” After hearing those words, the boy’s emotions calmed down and silently nodded back at his parents in response. The boy then turned forward and walked away, at that point the boy was determined to win at any cost so he could finally put to rest all his fears and doubts and prove to everyone, especially himself, that he is worth at least something.

Bio/Extra Info: (Read Previous Bio) Early on in the competition during one of the first Challenges, Hajime and the rest of his team lost one of its members. They all agreed to scatter to go look for her, but there was no luck. It became hopeless until Hajime finally spotted her in the deepest parts of the island. As he went after and finally caught up to her, he noticed that they were at a strange location that was like a gravesite for dangerous and decaying machinery.

It was the Dump Pit, a junkyard area where all Monokuma’s prototypes and rejected ideas were all discarded to rot away (obviously this was all done without Monomi’s knowing). As he was about to reach out to her, the ledge that they both stood on crumbled. Once they fell and got closer to the site, they landed on this strangely-colored puddle that was leaking from something that looked like a large battery, some in particular landed on Hajime’s eye, and they were covered by this terrible chemical smell that almost seemed like it devoured any clean air surrounding the area. In a panic, both team members quickly got out of the site and escaped from the forest together without any visible harm done to them. After thoroughly inspecting themselves they found nothing that was wrong, at first.

After a course of a few weeks, Hajime’s eye continuously got worse as it became more bloodshot red and throbbing profusely, in which he could receive massive headaches that would cause him to collapse onto the ground. In that state, all his fears and doubts would loop in his head constantly, then during that he would hear a faint voice telling him something. He could never make out what the voice said and at times when he was about to decipher it, the headaches would stop and so would the voice alongside it.

Then one morning when he woke up, he noticed that all the pain was gone though was surprised when he got to a mirror to check his eye. He saw that the pupil of his left eye had completely turned red, upon the mirror he saw a figure standing behind him in the mirror. In a scared panic, he quickly turned around and asked who the stranger was, but as the stranger answered Hajime instantly recognized the voice as the same one in his head from his headaches. The stranger answered that he was Izuru Kamukura, but Hajime had a hard time believing that since Izuru was long dead and that he looked nothing like him. In fact the stranger actually resembled Hajime who dressed up ruggedly as Izuru Kamukura.

Hajime cautiously reached out to this Izuru, but he phased through him and immediately jumped back away from him. When Hajime asked what he was, Izuru took a pause and thought deeply about that question. After a couple seconds, after analyzing all the clues and data from Hajime’s memories, he concluded that he was a separate persona that was conjured by his psyche. As Hajime was dumbstruck to the possibility, Izuru continued theorizing that after being exposed to all that chemical waste has created this strainful chemical imbalance in his brain. The area that was mostly affected was amygdala, which controls fear and anxieties, thus causing all those serious headaches he had up until now.

In order to answer and compensate for all his doubts and anxiety, his psyche has created a whole new personality that embodied all his desires and wishes, thus creating this Izuru Kamukura that stood in front of him. After the explanation, Hajime was taken aback and shocked by what he heard. After that’s been done and over, now all that’s left is for Hajime to decide what he’s going to do with his whole new roommate in his head.

(Hajime’s) Goal: (Read Previous Goal) Same as before.

(Izuru’s) Goal: He is indifferent, he doesn’t care about the game, prize, or anything of that matter. He only acts or takes control over the body only when Hajime requests his help or allows it. Izuru could process images in an instant, has access to 100 percent of his brain, and was in complete control of every single strand of tissue that composed his body. Until Hajime calls for him, he’ll just stand on the side and watch him go through huddles and other challenges. Since Izuru views himself as a perfect being that could do no wrong, which makes his existence boring and meaningless, he finds watching others struggle to achieve their goals, despite their flaws and imperfections, a bit intriguing and entertaining.

Total Dangan Island
Contestant No. 12.5: Hiyoko Saionji

Bio/Extra Info: (Read Previous Bio) Early on in the competition during one of the first Challenges, Hiyoko got herself lost in the deepest parts of the island. As she was wandering around and unknowingly dived deeper, she stumbled upon a place that was almost like a gravesite for dangerous and decaying machinery. It was the Dump Pit, a junkyard area where all Monokuma’s prototypes and rejected ideas were all discarded to rot away (obviously this was all done without Monomi’s knowing). The area was frightening her to tears, but before she could ball her eyes out one of her teammates were able to find her. As she was relieved and about to head towards their direction, the ledge that they both stood on crumbled. Once they fell and got closer to the site, they landed on this strangely-colored puddle that was leaking from something that looked like a large battery and was covered by this terrible chemical smell that almost seemed like it devoured any clean air surrounding the area. In a panic, both team members quickly got out of the site and escaped from the forest together without any visible harm done to them. After thoroughly inspecting themselves they found nothing that was wrong exteriorly, but unbeknownst to them they were changing interiorly. After a course of a few weeks, Hiyoko would often show signs of sickness or fainting in many parts of the day. Then in one morning as she woke up, she felt a strict tightness all over her body, as though someone was constricting her with a tight rope. Then once she looked at herself in front of a full body mirror, she noticed her body was fully grown and was ripping her once child-like sleeping gown. It turns out that after being exposed by those chemicals and breathing in that gas, has caused her body to mutate her DNA. Thus genetically transforming her once stunted body that made her look like a child, into a fully matured woman’s that reflected her actual age. Now rather than using her cuteness and child-like figure for her tactics, now she can go with a more alluring and sexual approach to get her way…though her downfalls are still the same.

Goal: (Read Previous Goal) Still the same as before.

Total Dangan Island Contestant No. 7.5: Mechamaru NidaiWeek Challenge: (Funhouse Catacombs) Down to

Total Dangan Island

Contestant No. 7.5: Mechamaru Nidai

Week Challenge:

(Funhouse Catacombs) Down to the Final 8, this week’s challenge is a “Race to Escape”. All Players are “placed” deep underground and must choose a path to escape before the time limit is up. Each path has a series of connected Escape Rooms (both physical or academic with random difficulty levels) that instantly traps Player(s) once steps inside with no way out and must be completed in order to move onto the next.

Players must quickly run through every escape room because there’s only one correct route that leads to the outside whereas the rest leads to dead ends, so choosing a wrong path will waste more time. But don’t worry, once a Player enters and goes back from a dead end, that path will be automatically closed off in order to prevent Players from  becoming too lost or redoing that same Escape Room.

Every 5 Escape Rooms on certain paths leads to one massive connected Safe Room where Players can relax and recuperate. With both teams merged, players will race and have to decide on whether to cooperate, compete, betray or sabotage another in order to clear this week’s challenge. In order to keep things fair, every item or possession that each Player carries that might give them an advantage will be confiscated. The only things that are allowed are the Monopads for communication purposes and the clothes on their backs.  Last one to escape will be automatically eliminated off the island.

Episode Summary:

The next morning after resting up and ready for their next Challenge, everyone went ahead and met up at the lobby to have breakfast. But before anyone was able to sit and chow down, they were all knocked out by a mysterious gas. The next thing they saw when they opened their eyes was a rocky surface covering their entire surroundings. After a massive panic when they realized that they were trapped in a cave (mostly done by Kazuichi), everyone’s Monopad lit up and notified that Monokuma made an announcement for their newest Challenge. After explaining what this Week’s Challenge was, everyone quickly hopped in their first Escape Room and got started.

The Challenge went on as intended without a hitch until the Players arrived at their first Safe Room. Upon arriving after an agonizing day went by, everyone was understandably exhausted and wanted rest, but noticed that there was something wrong. Absolute horror and shock appeared on everyone’s faces when they noticed that there was no food or water at sight, at that moment Monokuma was in a surprised panic (mostly due to possible drop in ratings if the challenge had to be called off) and suddenly realized what happened.

After constructing the Escape Rooms, he was worried that his co-host Monomi would intervene with this week’s challenge and give out too many “hints” like she did prior. So he unintentionally used up the remaining funds for the week on heavy defenses and artillery to keep her out from meddling in the challenge until it was cleared instead of spending it on food and water for the Players.

While Monokuma pondered on what to do, Monomi suddenly showed up and immediately understood the situation. Without hesitation, she grabbed the Master Remote Control to stop everything but Monokuma tried yanking it back and told her to wait until he made a decision. This tug of war continued back and forth until they accidently destroyed it together; now with no way to pause the challenge, get in to help, or even communicate to provide instructions, the Players are forced to continue the Challenge while battling hunger and dehydration.

Days went by and the challenge has far exceeded its time limit, most of the Players are seen on the ground either passed out or barely conscious due to the pain of immense hunger and thirst. Everyone has given in to the situation and was waiting for the END, all except for two. The remaining Players that had enough will and strength to stand were Nekomaru and Gundham.

Having seen their friends in such despair, both agreed on a temporary alliance and started to plan for a suicide mission. Both planned to sneak away and use up what little strength they had to complete the challenge and find the escape route to get help for everyone. Gundham decided for both of them to use the “cremated ashes of his enemies”(aka his eyeliner) to mark arrows to notify one another, if either of them got lost, on which way was correct and avoid any more unnecessary dead end paths.

Hours passed and both Players parted ways and reunited so many times, their minds were so blurry and their bodies were in ruins. On their next meetup they decided to stick together and  continued to march on, but they both knew that they couldn’t last any longer. There were moments when they wanted to give up, but Gundham would always remind the both of them that life is a gift and giving up on it is a sin. As they continued It was like an eternal agony for them who were practically empty husks with flickering lights in their eyes, that was until they felt a fresh air breeze pass their faces. Like a sudden jolt of energy they ran towards that direction and saw a light at the end of the cave.

When arriving at the end, what they saw was Monokuma and Monomi teary-eyed jumping in joy with sacks of food and water behind them as they witnessed Gundham and Nekomaru running out of the exit. Both Players looked at each other in disbelief and started cheering in victory alongside the mascots, but all that came to a halt when Monokuma stared back in the cave and saw no one else behind them. Monokuma alone started to panic once more as everyone was baffled and confused by his actions.

He explained that since a Challenge is built in large scales and takes up so much space on the island, there needs to be room for the next one to be made. So after every challenge exceeds the time limit and almost a full week has passed, the entire course is set to self destruct and demolish itself in order to make room, and also to prevent any boring repetitive challenges from occurring. After mentioning that the demolition will occur and that there was no way to stop it due to the Master Remote Control being destroyed, Gundham was about to lunge at Monokuma in anger until all four of them felt abrupt shaking below their feets.

They knew that the self-destruction was commencing, so Nekomaru immediately jumped right back into the cave and ran to retrieve the others. Gundham raised his hand and whistled with all his strength, attempting to summon an army of Demon Beasts to help carry everyone else at once. But due his dire state he was only able to conjure one “Feral High-Leveled Demonic Beast” (aka a brown bear) to his side and followed pursuit after Nekomaru. Monomi wanted to help but the heavy defenses were still active, thus making her and Monokuma sit on the sidelines once more.

Both of them dived into the cave trying to reach the others, while nearly avoiding the boulders and rocks crashing so close around them. Thanks to the markings that they made previously, they finally reached the others and got ready to leave. Shockingly, a revelation appeared when there wasn’t enough space to carry everyone on the bear and Nekomaru was only able to carry two people at a time in his state, meaning someone had to be left behind. While griping over the situation, Sonia woke up and requested them to get everyone out while she’ll stay behind and wait for their return. Before either Gundham or Nekomaru could argue with her, the cave shook violently again and more rubble started falling. With no other choice both of them left and ran as fast as they could, when they were no longer in sight, after using what little energy to stand, Sonia closed her eyes and collapsed once more.

After avoiding everything and reaching the exit, Gundham threw everyone off the bear and onto Nekomaru in order to quickly ride back to get Sonia. Before Nekomaru could get the chance to follow, his legs went numb and fell to the ground with everyone laying beside him. From the far distance, Gundham screamed at the top of his lungs at Nekomaru that he alone is enough to retrieve Sonia and that he needed him to take care of the others and rest up. Begrudgingly, he had to accept his limits and screamed right back at him for both of their safe returns.

The situation became more dire as the number of falling boulders increased and the path became more narrow, but against all odds and close encounters Gundham was able to reach the Safe Room. After securing Sonia onto the bear and was ready to leave, the largest tremor so far caused the ceiling above them to fall. Right before it landed, Gundham pushed Sonia and  the bear out of the way. When the dust cleared it’s shown that Sonia and the bear were safe, but Gundham unfortunately got his leg crushed and stuck underneath the rubble. After a couple attempts to escape, Gundham was silent and realized that there was no way out for him. Then after taking a quick glance at Sonia he unraveled his scarf and put it on her, once he was done he gave a gentle smile and forcibly commanded the bear to leave and head towards the exit. With a sad look on its face, the bear turned around and ran as quickly as it could without looking back. Shortly after seeing their silhouette disappear from the distance, Gundham finally gave into the pain that he had held back for so long and passed out, and on his face was a smile of a man who had no regrets.

Back on the surface, everyone regained consciousness after eating and drinking to their fullest, but all of them were still extremely  anxious when waiting for the last of their friends to return. Then suddenly they saw the bear charging towards the exit and everyone started celebrating and cheering, but that immediately stopped when they only saw Sonia on the bear. With Gundham nowhere to be seen and Sonia wearing his scarf, only the worst case scenario ran through everyone’s head. Then with some strength returning to him, Nekomaru leaped off the ground and rushed back into the cave. Everyone was about to follow in pursuit, but after Nekomaru passed through first an immense tremor suddenly shook the ground that caused the exit to cave in and block it with piles of rocks in the way.

Moments passed since the rubble first trapped Gundham, he’s still seen on the ground lying unconscious, but that was until some small debris landed on his head causing him to wake up. While both being shocked and amused that he was still alive, he felt a sharp pain not just from his leg that was just crushed but other parts of his body as well. When he looked down he saw that some rocks landed on his left arm, right shoulder, and his upper right thigh. Then he looked around and saw that the current situation was in a much worse state than it was before, all he could do was wonder if everyone else was okay.

Another violent tremor occurred and Gundham saw that a large boulder above his head was about to fall on him. Seconds away from making contact, Gundham closed his eyes and accepted his fate. But then he heard a loud shriek coming from the tunnel and saw a large fist flying above him, crushing the boulder into pieces right on time. Who he saw was Nekomaru standing there and desperately trying to get him out from underneath the large rubble. He tried pushing, crushing, punching, and pulling but nothing worked. Though as he continued on, Gundham suddenly started yelling that he shouldn’t be here and that he should be with everyone else safely, but then Nekomaru yelled back and called him a hypocrite for giving up on life and explains that a team manager would never leave one of his star players out to dry alone. The two continued arguing back and forth like this for a while, and after a long pause; the both of them stared at each other, smiled, and agreed to resume with their temporary alliance until they both made it out alive.

Gundham tried his best to pull his leg out as Nekomaru did his damndest to lift the rubble. The two Players kept at it as more and more of their surroundings started to fall apart. Then after a few more attempts, they could finally feel it being lifted and loosened up. But right when Gundham was about to be freed, everything around instantly fell into ruins and caved in,  everything just went black.

As hours pass by, most of the remaining Players on the surface are seen to dig where the Challenge once stood. Kazuichi tried making tools for everyone to use from leftover parts from previous Challenges, but they would immediately break after a few uses since the materials were not the best quality. Even so, that did not stop everyone from trying, they would even use their bare hands if it meant reaching for their friends even faster.

After a while, Monokuma was finally able to receive a replacement for his Master Remote Control, along with some top tier excavation equipment from the show’s Executive Producers. Even though the gravity of the situation is dire, deep down Monomi is happy to see her co-host Monokuma, so worried about the well-being of the kids. Though in contrast the reason why he was in such a panic was because he knows that Gundham and Nekomaru are fan favorites and if they die under his watch then HIS ass would be on the line; endless amounts of lawsuits against him and the Producers, thus leading to the immediate termination of the series.

Once Monokuma quickly went cracking on excavating, along with everyone else’s help, they were finally able to make some progress in getting through all that rubble. After more time had passed, they were finally able to reach the Safe Room near the bottom of the challenge course. When they got rid of that first massive rubble in their way, they saw Gundham’s face through the cracks. When they saw him all beaten and bruised they saw him trying to say something, with a whimpering voice that was gasping for air, all he said when he saw everyone was “…Help”. Then everyone jumped in and started digging more rapidly than before.

They kept on digging where Gundham was at and when they finally reached and were about to pull him out completely, he suddenly stopped them. Everyone was confused for a second, and then Gundham, gasping for more air, explained that what he was trying to say before was that they should leave him be and focus on getting help for him. As they got closer and dug him out completely, what they saw shocked them entirely. They saw Nekomaru’s unrecognizable  crushed body hovering over Gundams’, knowing that he used himself as a shield in order to protect Gundham from meeting his end. After that revelation, they quickly got both of them out and sent them to the infirmary for immediate medical attention.

Later that night, almost everyone met up at the Elimination Site, with the exception of two people. Surprisingly, a casted Gundham was present whereas Nekomaru and Kazuichi were not. Monokuma explained that it’s thanks to Nekomaru’s sacrifice that Gundham is still alive and able to (just barely) move around, but unfortunately the same couldn’t be said to him. He says that Nekomaru is in a critical state and that he assigned Kazuichi a special project to help him, thus giving the reasons why they’re absent.

Despite his explanation, everyone was still confused as to why they were there at the Elimination Site in the first place since the Challenge was incomplete. However, Monokuma interjected and said that there’ll still be an Elimination Ceremony tonight, he explained that it’s contractually obligated that after every Challenge, no matter the conditions or reasons, that there must be an Elimination of a Player. So with his hand raised up and a dramatic pause, Monokuma dropped down his hand of judgement and pointed at the Player who’s going on the chopping block. As the camera pans over and everyone’s eyes directed their attention, who Monokuma pointed at was the one going home.

It was none other than Gundham Tanaka himself.

In an immediate fit of rage, nearly everyone was against Monokuma’s decision and argued that it should’ve been impossible since he and Nekomaru were the first ones out of the cave, at one point Sonia even interjected and said that she should be the one going since she was last to escape. But despite their pleas, Monokuma shook his head in disappointment as he said sarcastically that no one ever listens to him. He reminded everyone at the beginning of the Challenge that the last one out to escape will be immediately eliminated, he never said that you would be safe if you escaped before anyone else. So both Nekomaru and Gundham were technically tied for being last to escape, and since Nekomaru isn’t in any condition to attend the Elimination Ceremony Gundham was the only viable choice.

After giving his explanation, everyone still didn’t accept the results and demanded Monokuma to take back his decision. The arguments continued on ceaselessly until someone finally shut everything down, the one that silenced everyone was Gundham himself. He had no qualms with Monokuma’s choice and explained to the others that he never regrets anything in his life and how he does so is by accepting any and all consequences that come from his actions. With such a determined look on his face, no one dared to say anymore and were forced to accept the outcome.

As Gundham packs up and was ready to leave on the Boat of Loserdom, he sees most of his friends lined up ready to say their goodbyes. One after another, Gundham parted words of endearment and acknowledgment to everyone (despite it being hard to understand and overly dramatic, ~ as usual). When he finally reached Sonia there was a brief silence and a long pause, the one to break it was her when she tried giving back his scarf. But before she could Gundham stopped her and says that she should hold onto it until their next meeting.

He explained before, from previous other Challenges, that the “Clothe of Gehenna” (aka his scarf) is made up of the Strings of Fate that’s been woven by his Guardian Angel, thus allowing the wearer to bend destiny at their will. The point he’s making is that he wants to bestow some of his “power” to Sonia in order for her to protect herself and the others when things get dire once more, but more importantly he wants her to have it as a keepsake from him and as a reminder that he’ll be watching over her from now on. Just as he finished talking and headed towards the boat, Sonia grabbed Gundham by the collar of his jacket and gave him a final kiss goodbye.

After seemingly over a minute pass by and suddenly realizing what she’s done, Sonia pulls back, says what was on her mind, and storms off all embarrassed. Gundham on the other hand dramatically turned around and said his final farewells to everyone once more in an eerie fashion, but in reality he turned around quickly in order to hide his face before anyone noticed how red he was.

After getting on and leaving the coast, he looked at the confessional camera on the boat to talk about his experience on the island. He gloats about the number of Demon Beasts that he tamed on the island and prattles on about how he could’ve demolished all the Challenges with ease if he used his true powers, but chose not to in order to make things interesting. Though most importantly, he talked mainly about the other Players and how much his opinion of them changed from the start of the competition. He continued on that the more he spent time with them, the more he was able to recognize them as something more special than mere mortals. He states that he would grant each of them high-ranked elite positions in his army of evil once he conquers the World and how each of them will be granted a country of their choosing as their rewards for serving him.

Then before he could continue his grand gestures of world domination, at the corner of his eye he sees countless shadowy figures staring at him near the coast edge of the forest. What he saw was all the wild inhabitants of Dangan Island, facing down and looking all depressed as they saw Gundham drift away from the island. But before being taken too far away, he stood up in anger and proclaimed that they should never show any weakness as they are all part of the Tanaka Empire and that this whole thing was but a stepping stone for his plans to take over the world. He shouts that this will not be the last they see of him and until they do let the whole cosmos know the power of his minions. After that, Gundham let out a loud laughter that was soon accompanied with powerful cries and roars from the animals.

As Monokuma did the show’s outro and said his farewells to the audience, all anyone could hear was the noises bellowing from deep in the forest, but the most distinctively sound that everyone could hear was Gundham’s laughter ringing and echoing all throughout the whole night.

——————————————————————————————————————————-

Bio/Extra info: (Read Previous Bio) With his body in ruins, Monokuma, since it was his fault, decided to allow Nekomaru to continue with the competition with aid and time to recuperate. He tasked Kazuichi and brought back Mikan (who was eliminated previously) to help bring Nekomaru back on his feet, in exchange he promised Mikan that she’ll be compensated and Kazuichi will be given “Invincibility” for the next challenge if they both complete the task. While Mikan tended to his conditions, Kazuichi pondered to himself on what he could do. Then he suddenly remembered a post from long ago on an online forum that he often visits, of this perverted and weirdo inventor who just wanted to boast and brag about their latest schematics of an exo-suit that allows people to do everyday tasks while they sleep. With some modifications to the schematics and gathering materials from previous demolished Challenges, Kazuichi went to work. Now after a few tests and research with Mikan and Kazuichi, Nekomaru has now transformed into Mechamaru. Kazuichi explained to him that the suit is only made for rehabilitation purposes only, meaning that it allows him to move around with very little effort exerted while his real body is recovering. Thus he’s not able to perform at his peak or demonstrate monstrous feats like he did. He further explained the the diameter located on his mouth, measures the pain he feels and the condition of his body; any ranges of Green meant he was great or fine, Yellow or Orange meant that his body is in great pain and that he needs long periods of time to rest, but Red meant that he needed to stop whatever he’s going and seek out immediate medical treatment before he dies. Now despite the situation he’s in and explaining his limitations, that didn’t get him down. He was just so happy that he was alive and appreciated the effort that both of them showed him, he continued being his big ol’ Jolly and Passionate self (but more shiny~ XD).

Goal: (Read Previous Goal) Same as before but now wants to use the prize to help fix his entire body.

Total Dangan Island
Contestant No. 16: Peko Pekoyama

Bio: The most stoic in the group. She specializes in the ways of the sword and stealth maneuvers, in turn makes her an offensive player that strikes her opponents mercilessly and with deadly precision, but can also perform acts without anyone actually noticing her. In more often than not, she’s seen by many to be a cold and emotionless machine that responds accordingly, but the truth behind this is that she’s a very kind and dedicated person who has troubles with facial expressions. Even after being orphaned, trained to be a “certain professional”, and resolving herself in repaying “a certain family” by taking on dangerous tasks, she never became soulless or dead inside that prevents from getting along with others and making friends. Though she’s always serious and focused, the only times when she breaks character and show actual emotional expressions (though they look awkward/distorted) is when she sees FLUFFY animals (in all shapes/sizes) and spending time with the person that she’s been ordered to protect (in secret).

Goal: Winning the prize is of little concern to her, her only objective is to protect and watch over a certain participate in the show. Though she’s been secretly assigned to do it by the higher-up of “ that family”, she would have gone to do it regardless because that person is her whole world and would do anything for them. Though if she does win the prize in the end, she has little use for it personally and knows that the one she’s protecting will not accept it due to their pride. So after surveying and understanding all the participants on the island, she’ll donate the prize to Gundham but only in exchange of allowing her to freely visit his “Demonic Beast Requiem of Hell” anytime she wants.

Coming up next: ……………..;D

Total Dangan Island
Contestant No. 5: Kazuichi Soda

Bio: The most paranoid in the group. He specializes in mechanics and innovating any existing device with just about anything laying around. So he’s capable of creating any high performing tools or even vehicles with little resources at his disposal, thus making him a huge supportive foundation for his team. Despite his juvenile appearance he is easily frightened and panics often over the most arbitrary things, on top of that he is distrustful of others with very little evidence to support his reasonings. Though, he can also get over things just as quickly (only with certain people) and cling onto them like they are his soul mates (or at least something similar to that regard). When it comes to affection/love he is normally timid and shy, but when he sets his eye on someone he becomes desperate and do any embarrassing/demeaning action for even a fraction of a second of attention from them. His reasoning for love are questionable and shallow when asked as his only criteria is their appearance and nothing else, issues/conflict with their personality, hobbies, or interest are of no concerns to him

Goal: Conflicted on what to use the prize for. (Plan A) Use the prize to renovate his family’s failing bike shop and then later purchase the best materials/resources to build dozens of rockets that he has always dreamed of. (Plan B) Use the prize to move to the Kingdom of Novoselic, propose to Sonia with the biggest diamond ring he can buy, and live happily ever after.
(SPOILERS*): Plan B will never work for OBVIOUS reasons (-3-)

Coming up next: The cold, the silent, the deadly…and the Fluffiness!
