Josh
- Spend the whole day in bed watching movies? Check
- Josh sets off several alarms to make sure that he is giving you your medicine on time.
- Every five minutes he asks if you are okay.
- He would be at your bedside for as long as possible and practically bring the whole kitchen into the bedroom.
- So that you wouldn’t be anxious, he would hug you and sing softly in your ear.
- “Are you feeling better? Do you need anything?” You smile lying on his chest. “I’m already getting better, baby.” Josh sighs softly and runs his fingers through your hair. “Are you sure?” He asks 10 seconds later. “Josh!”
Jake
- Jake hates to see you sick but definitely loves to take care of you.
- He would cook your favorite meals.
- The two of you would spend hours lying on the couch reading books and playing with each other’s hair.
- Any effort you made, Jake would complain and say that you needed rest.
- You would have to beg Jake to stop kissing you so much or he would end up getting sick too.
- “JAKE! You slap him on the back as Jake walks up the stairs with your body thrown over his shoulder. "You can’t try that hard” He tries to be serious and thankful that you can’t see his smile right now. “I just have the flu, you idiot!”
Sam
- It’s funny to see Sam trying so hard to take care of you. You never got sick but unfortunately you had a bee allergy and when you got stung by one, Sam was about to freak out.
- He would call your mother in desperation asking her to teach him what to do, while your mother just laughed and said that it was just a matter of taking some medicine and rubbing it on.
- You had to spend 10 minutes convincing Sam not to take you to the hospital.
- When he finally got quiet, you would watch lots of romantic comedies while eating all the candy you could.
- Sam would pull you to lie on his chest and stroke your hair when you went to sleep.
- “Sam what are you doing?” You were almost asleep when you felt Sam run his finger across the front of your nose. "Seeing if you were breathing" He replied as if it was obvious, “Baby, it’s just a rash, I’m not going to die” I look at him laughing
Danny
- Danny would feel guilty, since he convinced you to go out in the rain the day before.
- And when you start coughing, he is ready to do whatever you need it.
- He would lay his head on your lap so that you can touch his hair, because he knows it calms you down.
- Danny tells you he is going to the pharmacy, but he actually comes back with several gifts for you.
- You would spend the evening watching golf games and seeing Danny so excited when talking about the game would cheer you up almost instantly
- "I am forbidden to call you to go in the rain and you are forbidden to accept” Danny speaks during the break, I smile at him and kiss him quickly.

I crumple up another sheet of paper and aim to throw it in the trash along with the others but end up missing the trash and hitting Danny who enters the room at the same time.
He looks at me without understanding anything. “Did I do something wrong?”
I laugh weakly and shake my head. “No, it was supposed to go in the trash, not on you.”
Danny casts a glance over to the trash by the door. “How many more trees are you planning to cut down today?” he asks laughing.
When he realizes that I haven’t given some dumb or angry answer, he comes over to me and runs his hand through my hair, which is caught in a ponytail.
“Hey baby, what’s up?”
I try to answer yes, but nothing comes out of my mouth. I look at Danny and he understands that I don’t want to talk about it, that I can’t.
“Come here!” He pulls me by the hand and when I stand, Danny puts his arms around my waist and rests his chin on my head.
We stay in this position for a few minutes, me with my face between his neck and shoulder and Danny slowly rocking me and stroking my hair.
“I need to draw some landscape for my class.” I start to speak. “But nothing looks good.”
“Oh, I think I understand your problem.” Danny steps away from me minimally, a smile on his face. “You need some inspiration.”
Danny picks up the car keys he had left on the table and swings the key in front of me.
“Come on, miss!” Before I can deny it, Danny is already pulling me along and in less than a minute we are already getting into the car.
When I get in the car I look at my clothes and then at Danny. “Danny I’m in my pajamas.” I try to sound angry but I giggle at the end.
Danny starts the car and turns around to deposit a quick kiss on my lips. “You look beautiful love.”
As we begin to drive down our street, he nods his head to the glove box.
I open it and start rummaging through the hundreds of CDs.
After a while, I choose one and put it on play.
“Neil Young?” He asks smiling.
I nod my head and start humming ‘Try’ softly. Danny drums his fingers on the steering wheel in rhythm with the music.
“Want me to stop by and get you something to eat?” Danny asks.
I look at him and nod my head.
“But can you drive there?” I ask and Danny smiles knowing exactly where 'there’ means.
“Sure.” Danny brings his hand up to my thigh.
When 'Separate Ways’ starts playing Danny and I sing along and smile at each other.
And when the song ends we arrive 'there’.
An old city park, which only welcomes danny and me and a few old ladies visitors.
Because of the time it is possible to see the sunset behind the trees now. Danny gets out of the car and comes to my door, opening it for me.
I smile at him as we lean against the hood of the car.
I lay my head on his shoulder and laugh. “No one better show up here now, my clothes aren’t the best.” I say running my hand through my pajama pants.
Danny laughs and puts his arm around my shoulder.
More than 20 minutes pass before the sun is no longer visible.
“I think I’m more inspired now.” I say to him.
Danny smiles and looks at me, “That’s good.”
“Thanks.” I kiss him quickly.
“You’re welcome.” Danny smiles against my mouth and deepens the kiss.
I stop the kiss for a few seconds and smile at him. “I’m kind of hungry right now.”
Danny laughs and before we get back into the car he kisses me again.
I grab an old notebook that I leave on the back seat of the car and one of the pens thrown in the glove compartment.
And when 'White Line’ starts playing I finally manage to start drawing a sketch. Danny smiles at me and drums his fingers on the steering wheel again.
I smile at him and continue drawing.

-he perks up at the sound of your keys unlocking the front door.
-“hey sugar!!” He exclaims with a flashy smile
-the weight of your day melts off your shoulders the moment you see his smiling face
-you’ve been together for years but the sight of his face still gives you butterflies
-“Come here girl” he chimes grabbing your arm and pulling you on top of him.
-you laugh as he brushes hair away from your face.
-“you tired?” He asks kissing your forehead.
-you nod as you listen to his heart beat in his chest, it always calmed you.
-his hand strokes your back, his fingers gently dancing across your skin.
-it was making you sleepy
-he had such a soft gentle touch , his breath brushed against your cheek
-laying with him made you feel safe , there was no where else you’d rather be.
He is your soul mate and you love each other deeply and honestly
