Sayori and Yuri meeting in the hospital (because they, well, yknow) for the first time a few years before the lit club.
They (sorta) become friends.
Ultimately it’s Sayori who convinces Yuri to join in an effort to help her become more social.
I headcanon that if the game turned into a normal visual novel after deleting monika, if you start dating sayori that would let Yuri and natsuki show there true feelings to each other
