my dumb idiot brain have misread your lovely comment anon, and it sort of? spiraled out of control because i tried to think how would they react?

And the truth is I have no idea. What I do have is a thought: By the end of the TP Hero’s Shade has finally moved on from his lingering state and so canonically he is no longer in Hyrule land. If the boys ever to stumble upon what is left of Hero’s Shade, would they recognize it as Time? Their armor are not similar, though Jojo have taken some elements from Shade’s design for Time’s. There is technically no spirit since LU adventure is set after TP and after Shade departed, so no glowing eyes or spirit of a wolf to recognize either.

So, in my take the question is: Will Twilight talk? Will he reveal that the poor unfortunate soul is in fact, Time’s future: to die alone and almost forgotten? Or will he keep this painful part of his mentor’s future to himself? Will he confide in others? Who knows.

The thing that I believe in, is that if they do stumble upon a forgotten warrior, they would make sure sure that their remains will be honored.

also I would appreciate if anyone have any good reccomendations for Hero’s Shade meeting LU boys fics, cause i feel like we all would love to read those. and by all i mean me, i would love them. ty.

thank u anon for your kind words and also for the fact that you made me think more about Hyrule and Warriors. Different boys fought together through duration of LU, but now that I think about it, I find it interesting that Jojo gave those two so much screen time together. The OG Link and the non-canon Link, both from wildly different platforms and gameplay, fighting together.
