Happy paczki day! Look upon my works, ye mighty, and fill them with rose jelly because I am tired.
(There is a reason we do this once a year and ONLY once a year.)
Anyway, I did a thing; it was my pandemic baking achievement. I will not be doing it again this year, but happy paczki day!
