what hawke did in kirkwall sparked something in the templar order. this was the champion who beat the qunari invasion of kirkwall, who killed their arishok.
he was powerful, influential. his word counted for much.
templars believed the mages had gone too far, and hawke agreed. it was vindication.
wanted to share one of the first ever pieces i got done by the insanely talented @slayersangel, since the original post is lost somewhere on my very ancient blog!! i don’t share very much of my dragon age characters on here but miles is my baby boy baby, war criminal (affectionate) monster-man extraordinaire and i am so so in love with this piece that emily did of him!!! i have been ranting about her art and will continue to do so because she is so insanely talented, i mean just look at my boy : ’ )))) while she’s not on tumblr much anymore, i believe she still does commissions, so you should shoot her an email and snag a spot if you get the chance!
