#dragon age oc

I’m always, always thinking about post-DA:I (or DA4) lavellan. Hope we get to hear from her again in the next game.

Some works in progress!! I usually never post WIPS but I want to stay motivated to finish these haha. This is usually the phase where I would show these to friends and ask them for feedback, so maybe I’ll ask you folks: if you have any thoughts, let me know and leave me a comment!

Dawn of the last day

Spent the day updating the designs of my inky’s parents. Her momma hails from Starkhaven and got by as a petty thief and small-time bandit, before she eventually had to flee the alienage at age 19. She stumbled upon clan Lavellan and my inky’s dad - the clan first and 18 at the time - immediately fell for the beautiful, barb-tongued and brilliant new member, and they went on to do the Thedas equivalent of getting pregnant at prom. 9 months later Nerien Lavellan, future Inquisitor, was born. 

Finally starting a full play through for my canon Lavellan. Meet Alerion Mahariel, salty dickhead who loves 1 (one) feral witch and doesn’t want to be here (or solve your bullsh*t problems again)

Story time with papae! 

Wanted to draw a baby elf and it turned into some art of my Lavellan as a young sprout with her dad, who told THE BEST stories and could always make her laugh. Neri always looks back at this part of her life when her dad was around with big nostalgia glasses - he worked pretty hard to make her life a happy one. 

I feel like I’ve done enough noodling so I’m just gonna post this - solidified her dad’s design a lot with this (tho he still needs a name) and had a lot of fun drawing a little kid - definitely took some inspiration for @kallielef’s drawings of her baby Sen!

as yall could’ve guessed i’m having a break from 3d and whatever else.
trying to gain enough capacity, mostly mentally, to start working again on that behalf.
it’s a rather difficult time for me, and it’s even harder when i feel so indebted to my subs.
i’m not whining, don’t get me wrong. i know it’s a common thing nowadays to have same issues as i am having now. just don’t wanna lose my connection with people who follow me here completely. and as always, i’m hoping that at least someone will read this.
i have a lot of ideas waiting to be released, so much potential is sitting within me.
and i’m not going to promise anything again but i’m surely trying to get there and make things done asap.
as for now…
i’m trying to relax my brain and nourish my soul while playing my favorite franchise, namely Dragon Age.
i hope it’s fine if i share some from it for a while.
