Knitting appreciation is appreciated. Meow

Knitting a free pattern! Cozy Cloud Cardigan.

This super bulky yarn knits up so fast. I bought it to make pillow covers and hated them so here we are. Wool Ease in Pumpkin.

Sometimes your kitten falls asleep on your knitting. There is nothing you can do. Abandon your project. It no longer belongs to you.

Splurged and bought this pattern because it was so cool.

This is The Looking Glass Hat and I expect there will be many more made in this house.

The completed baby set for newborn photos. So sweet.

Knitted this awesome hat for a friend. It’s reversible and a free pattern!

My knitting, his baking, and our sweet little business

That moment when you cat takes over your stash. This is why I wash every project before I gift it

Ok not a craft (besides my crocheted cat blanket here…) but my cats are bffs and it’s adorable

Free pattern alert! I’m making the Owlie Newborn Sleep Sack.

The way the owls work up is so simple and cool! And you could totally apply the owls to anything really. I kinda want to do a fall colored sweater with owls across the chest…

Newborn hat, chapstick for scale. You can get the stem effect by finishing the hat with an i-cord!

Newborn sweaters fit my kitten, I guess.

Crochet mermaid!

This is from the Yarnspirations mermaid cake and it comes with a free pattern!

Free pattern alert! Working on this newborn sweater and learning a new stitch (gasp)!

TheNewborn Cheer sweater uses the Extended Single Crochet (esc) stitch. It creates a moss stitch like texture.

Extended Single Crochet (esc): Insert hook into the stitch indicated, pull up a loop, yarn over, pull through 1 loop, yarn over, pull through 2 remaining loops.

Free pattern alert! Bernat blanket fuzzy socks. For those chilly feet! These socks look huge but the yarn is just sooo bulky.

*I’m* the baby … aka who doesn’t love a handmade blanket?

The cats *in* the bag …

That moment when you’re crocheting a basket but your cat says no, it’s a bed!

Makes a lot of sense

Finished the Marled Magic shawl! All stash from my lys.

So many textures! Working on a scrap yarn Stephen West pattern. Finished product to come.

Most yarns from RyanYarn.Net!

Socks socks socks! This yarn is from my friend at RyanYarn.Net!

Crazy about socks! No real pattern. I’ve been experimenting with my best fit. This is a toe up construction with boomerang heel.

Science hat in the making. Love this yarn color combo!

Still into friendship bracelets and so is Kate.

One letter beads per human family member!

If you’re reading this, it’s your sign to start prepping for Christmas!

Finally getting my craft mojo back. Who knew it would be hard to craft with a baby and a full time job?

This braid like cable is soo pretty.

Free pattern alert!

What is something daring you’d like to do with your craft? For me it’s felting (or fulling) something I knit. Free pattern for felted slippers!

Every now and then a photo op comes on that is illegally cute.

Free pattern: winter league pullover

Free pattern: My Favorite Vanilla Socks

Ok, ok. So I didn’t make my New Years resolution from last year to make 12 clothing items. It was a pandemic and I was pregnant! Shout out to my baby girl… I think I did pretty ok for the circumstances. This year I want to improve my sock game.

Here is some photo proof why blocking is important!

Flappy mittens! I modified this pattern by ending just past the knuckles in rib, and picking up half the stitches on the back of the hand to keep knitting the flap cover part!
