Summary:Steve Rogers travels to the coast of southern Alaska to research his expose of Hydra Fishing Inc, whose supertrawlers are destroying the ecosystem of Marvel Bay. But once he arrives, he discovers that the bay holds other secrets. Like a beautiful, dangerous orca merman named Bucky who Steve meets in the moonlight.
Meanwhile, Hydra’s PR Guy James Barnes insists on irritating Steve by assuming Hydra will be able to force Steve to back off from his story - and by being infuriatingly handsome.
