This weekend we went out and tackled the @nordstrom #nordstromanniversarysale and then hit up @lepolitiqueaustin for an afternoon brunch.

Pro tip: the lesson learned this weekend is to never let others dictate your time. We missed out on quite a bit due to rescheduling and delays. But in the end we learned that it’s okay to say no when your gut is telling you that the wait is not worth the reward.
