If anyone’s not clear why this little trivia about Bethesda is so revealing to me: it just helps a lot with understanding the writing choices that we so often criticize in Fallout. The way they write racism, the way they write addiction, the way they write politics and actual slavery and historical allegories like… this isn’t even to mention the smug, self-satisfied misanthropy of it all either.
All of it smacks so much of the creative direction you’d expect from affluent suburbanites, who have Never in their real lives brushed up against any experiences that don’t align with their own, deciding to write about The Apocalypse.
It’s no wonder they can’t conceive of optimism or beauty among wasteland communities; all they see in Fallout is the destruction of their ivy league, white collar, white picket fence world. The wasteland’s potential is irrelevant to those in charge of Fallout because it’s a world that is decidedly not, and can never be, the same as the one currently centered around them.

The final Token Commission for a three piece commission I was given, the commissioner wanted a Synth that wielded lightning swords, so I used the series name state of the Shes-kebabas inspiration, swapping out the flames for electricity.

Working on my photo backlog!
Starting with a show that (sadly) has few pictures, as there is a strict no-photo policy for guest’s privacy. Fallout RVA, in Richmond Virginia is the premier kink and alt club in the state, and has a damn fine bar and DJ.
At the top, we have the show poster with me as the titicular “Sadistic sideshow”, and one of my fans brought me a Garbage Pail kid card with my name!
Below is me posing with the ever-lovely Nadira of Seven Cities and Serenity Tribal dance troupe.
I had a side stage all to myself, and rotated fire, blockhead and balloons with big attraction tricks such as the cinderblock crotch smash and having a pumpkin chopped off my neck with a machete.
