Costumes of the elf Arwen from the wonderful trilogy “The Lord of the Rings”. A total of 17 outfits were created, but several of them were not included in the film along with the scenes for which they were sewn.

Made a quick formal doublet for our LARP season opener the Highkings tournament; cape was a stand in till I can make a proper cavillers cape (hunting for the perfect cavillers hat to finish it off too the next event I wear it too).

The year end larp event is this weekend so went sewing like mad on a formal outfit. This is actually a coat, it’s lined in the red taffeta so you get nice pops of red as I walk almost done, cuffs are on the sleeves (wasn’t done that yet when I took these), I swapped the ties on the belt for hook and eyes cus it looks better and friend is lending me a bigger and better brooch for the belt, then style my wig and DONE!
