- Hailing from Lumijoki, she lives in Kitee with her musician husband Tuomas Holopainen.
- Studied at the Oulu Conservatory
- Plays violin and viola, piano.
- Started a solo career in 2005
- Music: Seven records, Christmas album with John Two-Hawks
- Auri’s first album in 2018, the second album has just been recorded and will probably be released in the fall of 2021
- Awards:Pop Album of the Year/ Emma 2016
