This is my personal vision on HOW TO SUCCEED YOUR FIT AND MEAL PLAN :)

In Fitness industry we always talk about the sport routines and health habits but we forget the essential : TALK ABOUT THE MIND ! Even with the best workout ever, if you don’t know where you are going, why you are doing it and how you gonna do it and include it in your day to day life you won’t reach your goals !

This is why I want to talk to you about  THE EQUATION OF CHANGE tabs that help us to understand the process of “change “ and how to achieved it.(Originally it is used in Business Strategy but We can apply it to Fitness).

THE PERFECT EQUATION FOR A FIT PLAN IS :

VISION + SKILLS +INCENTIVE + RESOURCE+ ACTION PLAN = CHANGE

- VISION : Know your objectives, ask you why ? ( Body issues? need to have a better lifestyle? losing weight ? ) Your fitness goal has to be SIMPLE to IDENTIFY . Then define How you will achieved your goals ( running? yoga? Vegan diet ? …) Vision is the essence of the process of changing. ( Without vision you will end to Confusion).

-SKILLS: What skills will you need to achieved your goal (Flexibility ? Devotion? Courage?). Identify them and  list them. Now be honest with yourself, and identify what skills you already have and the one you don’t have yet or will never have. Don’t try to set up impossible change with skills you don’t have. OF COURSE CHALLENGE YOU but be realistic (if you are a newbie in Fitness try slowly, know your limits, challenge you of course but don’t go to far because by putting too much pressure you will end in having anxiety).

-INCENTIVE: Know how to motivate you, allow you some reward when you deserve it. Go in Fitblr, Join a Healthy Food community…. Always identify what give you the impulse to be strong to continue your fit program ( without incentives you might have difficulty to change, lose your motivation , and start again and lose your motivation, start again, lose motivation … This you don’t want you have to be consistent).

- RESOURCE: To conduct your fit plan to success you have to use the required resources: Invest in a Gym membership , or start a new sport, Start a food diary, start a program with an Health professional, buy sport closes. This point is very important: sorry it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. List what resources or (what could be the required resource ) to conduct yourself to success. Just know that without allocate any resource you will end with frustration to not have put all your chances in your side.

ACTION PLAN: Planning your weeks exercises and meals is the MUST;  you can have all the above point completed,  without an operational action plan you will not be commit to success because of the lack of framing. Structure your activity, and create a weekly routines to follow.

I hope you like this article; This help me to identify why I myself many time did not succeed to go until the end of my idea and why I did not totally change is some point. I hope it will help you too ! :)

I will find back my swimming pool and this will be so so great becausei wll be back to swim 3times a week :) I can’t wait !
