Time for New Years Resolutions!

Here are 10 New Years Resolution ideas that aren’t just “lose weight”, “get healthy”, “workout more”.

  1. Drink a gallon of water every day
  2. Only eat out once a week
  3. Stretch for 5 minutes after waking up
  4. Journal for 5 minutes before bed
  5. Take the stairs every opportunity you get
  6. Go on a 20 minute walk every day
  7. Buy fruit every time you go grocery shopping
  8. Get 100g of protein everyday
  9. Increase your mileage or run time every month
  10. Plan out at least 4 meals a week ahead of time

This year I am making specific goals so I can form habits and be better than I was last year!
