Time for New Years Resolutions!
Here are 10 New Years Resolution ideas that aren’t just “lose weight”, “get healthy”, “workout more”.
- Drink a gallon of water every day
- Only eat out once a week
- Stretch for 5 minutes after waking up
- Journal for 5 minutes before bed
- Take the stairs every opportunity you get
- Go on a 20 minute walk every day
- Buy fruit every time you go grocery shopping
- Get 100g of protein everyday
- Increase your mileage or run time every month
- Plan out at least 4 meals a week ahead of time
This year I am making specific goals so I can form habits and be better than I was last year!
