There seem to be lots of firsts going on at the moment… In @gabimarkhamyoga class this morning I managed to get airtime WITHOUT TOUCHING THE WALL in my #forearmhandstand for the first time! So much progress in my personal practice! And do you know what? I’m not striving for anything, I’m just enjoying the process.
