I’d like to do more detailed backgrounds soon, but had to get the general layout of my clan on paper first. Today I sketched and colored Evergreen, my obelisk cave diver! The Luminous Legguards she wears also function as her mobility aid, since her legs and wings aren’t strong enough to carry her on their own. Her Legguards have been modified not just to do that, but to also provide light in the darkest of caves and allow her to jump and climb much faster and longer than other obelisks.

It’s finished!!! Meet Stradi, an obelisk seafaring bard who wants simple pleasures like song, love, and of course, gold. Hm? Of course that’s a simple pleasure! Only fools don’t love gold!
I’m really happy with how the bee and wasp genes turned out on him. I adore obelisks and I’m trying out a more anthro style with my dragons lately. I hope ya’ll enjoy!

I’ve always loved Flight Rising’s familiars that are animal-shaped plants, they’re just such a fun concept. Found my old polymer clay and this just kind of happened, so now I’ve got a teeny (about 2″ tall) Garden Watcher of my own. With glow-in-the-dark eyes just because.
Made with polymer clay, wire frame, and a touch of acrylic paint.
