The final Framus and Warwick products are beautiful! I am not a musician myself, but my husband is and I photograph live music (you can see those photos over on @paigeramseymusic ). So while I dont play, I have a huge appreciation for these works of art.
As we walked through we learned about the wood and the drying and the tiny details Warwick adds to make their guitars one of a kind. We also watched the racks of guitars slowly go from chunks of wood to sleek instruments still waiting to have even more detail work done to make them perfect.
Last weekend we decided to head up to Markneukirchen, Germany and visit the Framus & Warwick “factory”. It was so interesting to walk through and see step by step how theses amazing guitars are created. Check out this shot of a rack of guitars in the infancy… still mostly just a huge chunk of wood.
