Hey!
I’ve decided to do a series of portraits of people that influenced me as an artist and human being. It’s gonna be kind of my personal expression of those people and fictional characters.
The fourth person is Neil Gaiman! My beloved author of short fiction, novels, comic books, graphic novels, audio theatre and films. I am a huge fan of The Sandman series, American Gods, Neverwhere, Anansi Boys and Stardust.
He always reminds me that this world is a much more interesting place than the boring greyness of everyday life.

Estoy feliz. Cuando se realizan este tipo de proyectos, ilustrar a un autor que acompaña y alimenta a mi generación como a tantas otras, el cuidado puesto en el ordenamiento de los escritos, en la propuesta estética y discursiva de la imagen, en los devaneos del diseño, etc, son asuntos a tratar con energía hasta que el libro llega a manos de ustedes. Que disfruten este aporte que hago a la obra del mago y gran cultor del fantástico y también del horror medievalista, que es la fibra que elegí poner de relieve aquí.
