The “Bittersweets” band was formed in Cleveland, Ohio and consisted of Judi Rodgers - vocals / guitar, Louie Dula - drums, Marilyn Rodgers (Marilyn Rodgers) Green) - keyboards, Penny Cash - bass and Rosi Hollo (Rosi Hollo) - guitar. Their debut “The Hurtin ‘Kind” b / w “Summertime” was released on the label “Tema” in 1965. In the same year, they released “What a Lonely Way to Start the Summertime” b / w “Mark My Words” (already under the name “The Bitter Sweets”) on the label “Cameo”. - via guitaristka
