You know as well as i do that in no less than a few mins aziraphale gave in and either a) called crowley again and asked him to come over b) went to crowley’s flat himself with some cake
The real reason Crowley’s offer to come watch him ‘eat cake’ was turned down… Also I’m near positive Crowley sent those ‘burglars’ as an excuse to come protect the shop, you won’t convince me otherwise.

Aziraphale is a bakes banana bread in excessive amounts kind of person
Crowley is a cuts himself bangs and immediately regrets it kind of person
Yeah, but Crowley with…bangs???
I reckon he’d manage to style it out, despite regretting it.
