100 years separate these two people who are so important in my life. My mother Lidia and my little girl Vicky. May 17th will undoubtedly always be a milestone in our lives! My mother who was born on 05/27/1921 and was the great matriarch and inspirer of our paths and her last granddaughter who was born exactly 100 years later on 05/27/2021, and came to enchant everyone with her contagious grace and joy! I feel blessed to be able to celebrate this very special date of little Vicky’s first birthday and also to honor grandma Lidia…

I call her “Trinity the blur”, because she is usually only a blur on my photos. It is easier to capture a hummingbird than her, but she was an excellent model this day! Love the granddaughter!

My husband and I took his (my step) daughter Emily Randall, and of course two of our granddaughters to Wolf Park in Battle Ground, IN. Had a great day and took a few hundred photos (or more). The wolf photo was taken by Keith Gibson who has just started taking photos, and I think he did a pretty good job! He made my editing pretty easy!
