# The @laanimalservices shelters (and shelters around the country) are operating w/ skeleton crews and no volunteers. This means: dogs aren’t getting out for exercise, interaction, training. This also means that adoptions are down - and as shelters become overpopulated, euthanasia becomes a more and more real scenario.

# — stay home (I’m in my car waiting for Maggie at the vet!) and practice social distancing! — call family, friends, neighbors - check in! Especially if they are elderly. — if you can, donate to local food banks.
