what i like about the difference between hermitcraft and the dsmp is that the dsmp characters react to normal events in an unhinged way while the hermitcraft ones treat unhinged events like a regular tuesday. if the hermitcraft characters had doomsday they’d be over it in a week. if the dsmp characters had joe hills’ guppy geyser they’d form a cult around it.
The hermits have chaos and war and destruction as fun server events and rank pranks on how painful and slow the death they cause is meanwhile on the dsmp they found one egg and proceeded to start a death cult around it and get possessed like a bunch of losers (/lh I’m not making fun of the eggpire arc it’s poggers but if the hermits came across the egg they would simply Not get possessed. they would possess the egg)
If they saw the Egg they would adopt it.
I think they’d turn it into a shop
