Late night prepping for tomorrow brew. I’ll be giving the Castle Malts Château pale malt a run. It’s a bit of a leftovers brew with half a kilo of golden promise, and a quarter kilo of both gladfields gladiator and medium crystal. Bottling Day! Just enough for a case and ¾. I love Peach Saison from fresh Colorado western slope peaches. There was just enough for me to pour a glass for myself. Dry with peaches on the nose and faintly in the glass. 5.5 ABV and mild fruity hops. I am excited to try it when it is carbonated.
