So turns out Pedro died !ON THE TRIPLETS BIRTHDAY!

2) I now need all the fics on them not being able to enjoy their birthday, or even when they were little and didn’t understand really what happened, they can’t understand why their mother won’t throw them a big birthday party. Or when they were little Alma used to lie and say it happened the day after so that they wouldn’t be upset and could enjoy their birthdays but eventually the truth came out and she stopped celebrating them

Like I head canon that the rest of the Encanto celebrated the day they got the miracle and the Madrigal family didn’t but knowing it happened ON their birthday? That has to hurt so bad.

Also now I’m imagining Félix and Agustín trying to give the triplets at least one decent happy birthday in their lives, and Alma being PISSED bc like this is not a happy day. This is a sad day, and none of the triplets have a right to be happy today
