Last week we hiked together with my mother to Brockagh in Wicklow. It was a battle for the both of us, my mom having steel in her leg, me with my emphysema lungs. It was tough and at times I was thinking I am gonna die. But I didn’t. I did it. And the view up there is just breathtaking. What makes it even prettier is the struggle before you get up there. Like in life. You struggle but when you get something you wanted, it is even prettier because of the struggle and fight.

I remember when I soooo Skinny. Boiii have times changed. Thank you lord for Hard work and Consistency. This Journey has not been easy at all. In the past I’ve struggled many, many years trying to gain healthy weight. I went from eating 3 Meals a day to 6 small meals. I have never focused on targeting one area of my body during a workout. I’ve always done Full Body Workouts. And because I don’t use weights or go to a Gym the Simple Workouts I Post have always gave me the results I needed. Don’t sleep on Bodyweight Training. Especially for those of you who don’t have time to go to a Gym or can’t afford a membership. Using your own Body weight and Strength is just as Effective as Using weights in a Gym. You don’t have to worry about someone taking all damn day on the machines. You can focus on proper form and endurance. This is really cool for beginners as well. You definitely don’t need a Gym to Get FIT! Go Get yours and Do what Works for you!
