A big announcement
Hello again. I have some big news (at least they are big for me):
I’m releasing my very first book!
It is called “Den fjerde veggen” (“The fourth wall” in English), and is released through the Norwegian publisher Jippi comics (the book is written in Norwegian). In short it is a meta/scifi story that deals with genres and the relationship between creator and content.
It contains 76 pages, and is available for pre order through the publishers website now.

Theatre poster: Grisk og Gomle: Kronen i Sukkerdalen.
Portfolio update!
I recently illustrated a theatre poster for a theatre group who’s going to perform at the wildlife and and family park Bjørneparken in Flå, Norway this summer. It was a lot of fun to illustrate and this was my first time illustrating a poster and I am always up for trying new things as an illustrator. The witch and the princess was my favourite characters to draw, obviously.

I recently finished a freelance project where I illustrated a book cover for a book called “En Frosk i Fjorden – kunsten å bli norks” by Lorelou Desjardins, published by Cappelen Damm. When I make illustrations for clients I tend to draw a lot of children’s illustrations so I try to mix things up and draw other kinds of illustrations on my free time.
I started to look into tutorials on pattern design this weekend and decided to give it a go and here is the result. I used a tutorial on skillshare.com and loved the process of making this so I will give this another go for sure.
