I recently illustrated a theatre poster for a theatre group who’s going to perform at the wildlife and and family park Bjørneparken in Flå, Norway this summer. It was a lot of fun to illustrate and this was my first time illustrating a poster and I am always up for trying new things as an illustrator. The witch and the princess was my favourite characters to draw, obviously.

I recently finished a freelance project where I illustrated a book cover for a book called “En Frosk i Fjorden – kunsten å bli norks” by Lorelou Desjardins, published by Cappelen Damm. When I make illustrations for clients I tend to draw a lot of children’s illustrations so I try to mix things up and draw other kinds of illustrations on my free time.
I started to look into tutorials on pattern design this weekend and decided to give it a go and here is the result. I used a tutorial on skillshare.com and loved the process of making this so I will give this another go for sure.
