Earlier I saw an edit of Dahlia Hawthorne with the hair of one of her concept art designs, so it made me wonder what she would look like with the sunshine-y, but keeping her face so that it looks more…Dahlia. So the design of it seemed to give her a tomboy-ish sunshine look, so I gave her an awkward grin. Below is if I had given Iris the same awkward grin but it doesn’t quite fit. Gave Dahlia the same smile as Iris, but now it doesn’t look as innocently sunshine, or maybe I’m just so biased towards Dahlia that if she doesn’t look awkward, she looks evil to me. Oops.

the year’s 2024 and sister iris is finally released from her evidence tampering sentence. she has nowhere to go but hazakura temple. the year’s 2024, and sister bikini dies of natural causes. she was all iris had left.
the year’s 2025, and iris has nowhere to go except kurain village, surrounded by voices of the dead, a cousin she manipulated and lied to, if only to save her, and a sister she barely knows. if she has to look at a magatama again, she’d rather tear out her own eyes, the ones that look so much like dahlia’s.
the year’s 2028, and despite her lack of an education, iris fey has managed to pull through law school. the year’s 2028, and lana skye is out of prison on charges of evidence forgery. with no name and no reputation, she has to start from scratch, if she even hopes to work at the prosecutor’s office again. facing a rookie attorney with a familiar surname, she’s about to discover that mia fey’s family history is a look more complicated than she ever thought.
the year’s 2028 and maybe iris is still posing as someone she’s not. maybe she doesn’t know who she is.
