i love that in season 5, jamie and victoria start pointing out how fckn weird it is that the tardis always seems to land in england and the doctor just agrees with them,, but he still can’t actually control it so he kinda just doesn’t give a shit lol
The reason there’s so many missing episodes from Troughton’s era specifically is because at certain points, Jamie clinged to the Doctor so much Frazer Hines and Patrick Troughton somehow ended up morphing into one person. Thankfully, this was able to be sortes out and they were separate from each other almost entirely for the rest of their lives. Though only about one part remained, explaining why Frazer’s “impression” of Troughtons so accurate.
My ship just got weird. Big Finish have recast Ben, so I now ship characters whose actors could be mother and son…Oh well. *Puts on HMS Teazer Cap* Lets get this ship to sea!
Two and Jamie and Zoe are one of the best TARDIS Teams, because there’s three of them and each one is equally convinced (and with equal legitimacy) that they are the Holder of the Team Braincell.
The Doctor thinks he’s the Only Sane Man because he’s a grown-up Time Lord and the other two are teenagers; Jamie thinks he’s the Only Sane Man because the other two are nerds; and Zoe thinks she is because the other two are, well… Two and Jamie. As you can see, they all have strong arguments.
(And in the end it all balances out to roughly equal amounts of idiocy, which is perfect.)
