As 2019 came to a close, I realized I hadn’t seen as many movies as I thought this year, and I have missed out on most people’s top films. So I decided to sneak in one more before the New Year and that was Knives Out. ⁠⠀
This film is the perfect film to summarize 2019 not only because it is a fun, entertaining murder mystery, but also because of the incredibly relevant social commentary in the film as well. Brilliantly written and directed by @riancjohnson, a star studded cast effortlessly weaves you through the narrative. ⁠⠀
