I caught the two interactions when he talks about Mexico and I love to see all the passion he puts in it when he speaks. It really shows how he can’t stand injustices and this makes of him a great man. His character has been developed wonderfully and I only started to appreciate him later in the game (like my second or third playthrough) because at the beginning I found disgusting the way he turned his back to Arthur, only to realize that he never truly did. That he, just like all the others, was so broken at the sight of the end of the gang, that he didn’t know any other way to react.
