Unexpected Patronum!

This fic is my first dip on the Harry Potter fandom in 15 years!

I’m posting it today as a birthday tribute to a very dear friend I met on this fandom about 17 years ago (yes, a looooong time ago lol) on a Brazilian HP fanfic website, Floreios e Borrões. She was my first beta, an important friend during our tween and teen years, and is to this day very very precious to me.

It’s the begging of 1977’s school year, Lily Evans’ 7th and last year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Appointed Head Girl along with James Potter as Head Boy, Lily is in for an interesting year, that’s for sure.

What she never expected was a series of unusual events to start unfolding during classes. And for something to classify as unusualin the Wizarding community it must be something reallyextraordinary. Another unexpected surprise is that those events were reveal a connection between her and James that she never imagined, and will need to figure out how to deal with and what to do about it.
