Jin being the only character who isn’t using a toy but a real actual [redacted] is so f funny to me. Incredible. Wonderful.
This 1960s children’s toy named Gaylord the dog is literally the most depressing, miserable looking creature I have ever seen just fucking look at it
If I was hitting the Delphic fumes and that thing crawled out of a sewer pipe I would mistake it for some sort of evil spirit
So I am late to the party but thanks to Shout!Factory’s US release of Zero One I finally saw it. Omg why was I sleeping on this show? It was amazing. Every episode had me hooked and the characters were developed so well.
Those last few episodes had me balling my eyes out like a baby. So trust me folks pick this release up and experience a show that I feel exceeds the genre it is. You may come for the “Henshins,” and the belts but you’ll leave with that feeling of “Omg I love these characters. ” Also “Is” (or Izu if you wish) is best girl and don’t argue with me.
So pick up the Shout! Factory blu-ray and you won’t regret it. I didn’t.
Guess who picked up the Masked Rider Zero One US release? Time to binge the 1st disc. Thoughts so far.

Despite the footage seeming a little wide screen I say this release is solid and don’t believe the nay-sayers. Pick up and enjoy US release Masked Rider!

Quirky main hero that matures over the course of the series, has red hair
Second main hero with personal grudge caused by traumatic AI-related experience, represented by the color blue
Predominantly orange tertiary hero, often butts heads with blue secondary, is girl
Five-man-band, comprised of quirky main hero, angery second hero, girl third, jovial lighthearted fourth, and purple, brooding fifth
Second & third main hero both have ties to the bad guys
Big Bad is a malevolent AI built off of humanity’s negative emotions
Main hero becomes overtaken/“corrupted” by evil AI, gains powerful “evil” form
Main villain group’s name is a website
Final boss is purple
