i don’t like this narrative being spread around that Roxas and Xion’s return was just a cheap last minute fan service thing because from all the translations i could find, that doesn’t seem to be entirely what he’s saying? from what i can understand, he chose to do what the fans wanted at the end because it was something he was UNSURE about. not that he had zero intentions to bring them back and only did it because the fans forced him to. in both of these translations, he’s basically saying that he only considers the playerbase’s opinions when he’s uncertain about something. not that all of his decisions are easily bended by the popular demand.

KH 1/9 Today is the 20th anniversary of Kingdom Hearts!!! Japan on March 28, 2002! I’m celebrating by posting 8 characters!!! Sega Plaza is teaming up with Kingdom Hearts to release a set of UFO catcher prizes! A set of can badges, acrylic stands, and bath towels will be available starting June 10th. Previously exclusive tin badges and stickers to the Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary cafe are now able to preorder online for 790 JPY and 610 JPY respectively at AmiAmi! This is a good indication that Square Enix online stores may start taking orders for other cafe items as well.
Better late than never! Ok so it ended up being in Quadratum instead of the UG but a girl can dream can’t she? Took a bit because I needed to adjust for Sora’s new look (and I’m terrible with perspective) but I like the idea of both of them meeting again after Dream Drop Distance.
